"New is not always good - We have always enjoyed coming to Mondsee, but the stay at Whitsun 26 will probably have been our last. The new locking system for the sanitary facilities with a 6-digit code doesn't work properly, you are faced with a locked door. The same applies to the barriers at the entrance and exit. The QR code that you get on your email address hardly works. The new showers are HAMMER: 4 fixed rainbow showers WITHOUT partitions! As the disabled shower/toilet is no longer locked, "normal" campers naturally also use the lockable facility and the disabled stand or sit in front of a locked door. The fact that you have to book electricity separately if you book a pitch with electricity is also unusual. It's a pity that these new features have unfortunately downgraded the site instead of upgrading it.

"Rating Mondsee - It's a lovely place, with very friendly staff. Highly recommended for a short stay, but best without a dog.

"Large space with free choice of parking spaces - Spacious site with free choice of pitches. Bathing lake with sandy beach and sunbathing lawn and bathing ice, which also keeps watch. Unfortunately, voles everywhere. Sanitary building sufficient, but with reduced capacity due to corona (taped washbasins). We showered free of charge. There are plenty of supermarkets in Hohenmölsen. The approx. 4 km are easy to manage on foot or by bike. We can recommend the Greek restaurant there. Be sure to reserve an outdoor seat in good weather. Alternatively, there is plenty of seating in the restaurant.

"Well located campsite with very good bathing facilities. - The location on the lake is ideal for swimming when the weather is nice! The two small gastronomic offers are at snack level but good. We lacked some shade on the very spacious pitch, but we were satisfied all round and would be happy to come again! The trees planted to provide shade will hopefully survive the dry summers.

Vor der Schranke befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz mit Parkscheinautomaten. Die Abenteuerrutsche ist ein Highlight am See. Verschiedene Restaurants mit Terrasse und Würstchen, Eis, Kaffee und diversen Getränken im Angebot sowie der Brötchenservice runden den Aufenthalt ab. Der Campingplatz ist …mit Stromkästen ausgestattet. Es wurden junge Bäume gepflanzt, die in Zukunft Schatten spenden sollen. Die Stellplätze für Wohnmobile sind auf der Wiese positioniert. Ein kleiner Abenteuerspielplatz macht den Campingplatz sehr familienfreundlich. Auf der Wiese mit Seeblick stehen Picknicktische und Stühle zur Verfügung. Der Campingplatz ist idyllisch gelegen und rollstuhlgerecht ausgestattet. Campinggäste ohne eigene Ausrüstung haben zudem die Möglichkeit, Schlafpods oder Schäferwagen zu mieten.
