"Viel Matsch, wenig Strom - Wir standen auf einem Komfortplatz mit eigenem Bad. Bei Regen (und wir hatten viel davon) verwandelt sich der ganze Platz aber zu einer Matschkule. Das separate Bad ist sehr groß. Allerdings ohne Heizung und ohne Fenster. Wenn man dann wie wir im Oktober dort Urlaub macht, kann das ganz schön kalt werden. Wir hatten glücklicherweise eine Heizlüfter mit. Allerdings hatten wir viel Stress mit Stromausfälle und die meiste Zeit der Woche Aufenthalt kamen nur ca. 190 Volt aus der Steckdose. Was unseren Kühlschrank zum dauerwarnen animierte. Schon sehr nervig. Zumal der Platzwart zu unserem Nachbarn meinte: "Warum wollen Sie denn Nachts heizen, da sollen Sie schlafen." Der könnte durchaus eine Schulung im Umgang mit Kunden und von den eigenen Preisen gebrauchen. Er kannte den Aufpreis von 10 auf 16 Ampere nicht. Steht auch nirgens im Netz. Toilettenpapier für das Mietbad gab es auch nicht. Die Rezeption sagte nur: Das können Sie hier im Shop kaufen. Neben den völlig überteuerten Aufbackbrötchen. Das Wasser im kostenlosem Schwimmbad dürfte gerne auch 2-3 Grad wärmer sein. Wir kommen NICHT wieder.

"Toller Platz - Die Damen an der Rezeption sind allesamt sehr nett und freundlich! Die Stellplätze sind sehr großzügig und überall auf dem Platz sind kleinere Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden, zudem gibt es noch einen großen Spielplatz. Der Cp ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt angelegt. Sanitäranlagen waren im großen und ganzen Sauber. Das Bad ist zwar klein aber schön. Wasser könnte etwas wärmer sein. In der Stadt gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und eine sehr schöne Fußgängerzone zum einkaufen Preis,-leistungsverhältnis fanden wir zu hoch.

"Camping inne Matschepampe - Durch den Regen der vergangenen Wochen war der Stellplatz sehr aufgeweicht. Bereits bei der Anreise benötigten wir Hilfe um den Wohnwagen auf den Stellplatz zu bekommen. Leider konnte der Campingplatz uns keine Bretter oder Paletten zu Verfügung stellen, damit wir nicht immer durch den Matsch laufen mussten. Hier sind wir selber kreativ geworden. Zum Glück ist Obelink nicht weit entfernt. Der Matsch wäre uns sonst oben in die Schuhe gelaufen. Jetzt was positives: Das auf dem Platz befindliche Hallenbad ist super. Die Sanitäranlagen waren immer sauber und wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Der Wohnwagen wurde mit dem Trecker wieder vom Stellplatz gezogen.

"Schöner Campingplatz mit kleinen Mängeln - Der Campingplatz ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Stellplätze sind sehr großzügig. Wir fanden es gut einen Platz mit Privatsanitär buchen zu können. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein kleines Hallenbad was kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Da unser Stellplatz gefühlt am schwimmen war,konnten wir unseren Wohnwagen nicht selbst raus holen. Dort bekamen wir Hilfe vom Personal das uns mit einem Radlader raus zog. Der Stellplatz war so matschig und vom Vorgänger so verwüstet das wir unseren Wohnwagen nicht mit dem Auto dort hin bekommen haben.Der ganze Platz stand unter Wasser. Das Personal sollte bevor der Platz neu vermietet wird gucken wie der Platz aussieht. Das Privatsanitärhaus hat leider keine Heizung, was im November recht kühl werden könnte. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank ein Heizöfchen dabei. Das es nur am Eingang Mülltonnen gibt.

Would you prefer a standard comfort pitch or would you rather camp on a comfort pitch with private …sanitary facilities? Our luxurious and spacious sanitary buildings are fully equipped and meet the highest ANWB standards. We have special paved pitches for motorhomes that are located just outside the campsite and are ideal for a short stay, for example, when visiting the Obelink amusement park. And if you would like to go on holiday with your four-legged friend, that's fine too! Your dog is very welcome at our campsites. We look forward to welcoming you at Camping Vreehorst! Camping Vreehorst has all the facilities you need during your holiday. Take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pool, grab a bite to eat at the food corner, take part in one of our many sports or rent a bike and go exploring! Besides all these fun activities, there are also important facilities such as the clean toilet blocks, which you can use for free, and the launderette, where you can do a load of washing if necessary. There is also a shop where you can get fresh bread rolls every morning, and in the park there is an inspiration point where you can get inspiration for the various trips and places of interest. There is plenty to keep children entertained in the Achterhoek region. From indoor play areas to high ropes courses, escape rooms and an amusement park just over the border, there is no chance of them getting bored. Camping Vreehorst in Winterswijk has beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Experience swimming fun all year round at Camping Vreehorst.
