Advantages
Great location as happy to walk to the sea or into Varna itself, a shower, a washing machine, toilet etc and somewhere to eat outside is all we required, with a great view thrown in. This is a basic set up, but great value with a fantastic host. This is a garden campsite

There really wasn't anything very'positive' about our stay, except for the fact that the owner came to the train station to come and pick up our luggage.

The toilet was in the shower room. The 2 showers (not 3 like advertised), were in the same room seperated by a small shower curtain. The lively city center is not at walking distance.
Dissapointing
I don't recommend this campsite to larger groups and would recommend to just go to another real campsite a bit further down on the coast. The camping is just the front garden of the owner's house. The 'lounge' was just a party tent with a table and some chairs. Not enough seating or place to eat for... groups of 20+. We were allowed to use another table but later in our stay he took that privilige away because of a family dinner. The owner was friendly at the start but after a while there were more and more remarks about noise, garbage,... When we would go out every night to the center and we would clean up everything every morning. It's still a campgrounds where we were paying for to relax, not to constantly get remarks from the owner who was living inside of a caravan right next to our tents. All in all i would not recommend the place to anyone. Very dissapointed with our stay.
