Positive ting
Great location as happy to walk to the sea or into Varna itself, a shower, a washing machine, toilet etc and somewhere to eat outside is all we required, with a great view thrown in. This is a basic set up, but great value with a fantastic host. This is a garden campsite
Negative ting
Nothing, will go back and stay there again. Maybe the building of an outside bbq, and I am sure it will happen.
Was exactly what we needed
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to friends. It felt relaxing and we slept well.

Positive ting
Ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf's Schwarze Meer. Freundlicher und hilfsberereiter Betreiber. Süßer Hund. Günstiger Preis. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt. Mit Eingabe der Adresse leicht gefunden.
Negative ting
Für meine Ansprüche nichts.
Schöner ruhiger Platz
Vielen lieben Dank an Nikolai für den schönen Aufenthalt. Ich war rundum zufrieden.

Positive ting
Hosts friendly & always a nice chat in store; tips and tricks about the private pitch or campsite (shopping, beach, bus stops), fridge can be shared
Negative ting
No large mobile homes (driveway very steep and bumpy); dog often barks/howls (at night)
Difficult access; otherwise good!
The location is not very optimal if you don't have another vehicle with you; if you are good on foot, everything is easily accessible; shower, toilet, electricity and washing machine (available for an extra charge)

Positive ting
There really wasn't anything very'positive' about our stay, except for the fact that the owner came to the train station to come and pick up our luggage.
Negative ting
The toilet was in the shower room. The 2 showers (not 3 like advertised), were in the same room seperated by a small shower curtain. The lively city center is not at walking distance.
Dissapointing
I don't recommend this campsite to larger groups and would recommend to just go to another real campsite a bit further down on the coast. The camping is just the front garden of the owner's house. The 'lounge' was just a party tent with a table and some chairs. Not enough seating or place to eat for... groups of 20+. We were allowed to use another table but later in our stay he took that privilige away because of a family dinner. The owner was friendly at the start but after a while there were more and more remarks about noise, garbage,... When we would go out every night to the center and we would clean up everything every morning. It's still a campgrounds where we were paying for to relax, not to constantly get remarks from the owner who was living inside of a caravan right next to our tents. All in all i would not recommend the place to anyone. Very dissapointed with our stay.

Positive ting
Mega cool place. You put up a tent and have a vacation. Access to toilet, shower, kitchen. I also saw a washing machine there but didn't have the opportunity to use it.
Negative ting
A bit of a construction site no but....

Accommodation found by accident but charming. Once the house is completed as long as they don't give up inviting guests this place will take on an interesting character.

Where is it
I tried to find this campsite.Navigation led me to a monument I think of gratitude.No one knows where it is even the taxi drivers.

The correct GPS is 43.222481, 27.953282 and the address is Sirma Voyvoda Str. 65. Call at 0889 11 37 71 if you do not find it.
