"Not bad, but room for improvement - The rating could be much better, as the place would really have it from the conditions, but due to the listed disadvantages it did not turn out so well. The security staff had more empathy than the reception staff, who we found to be almost unfriendly. The cleaning staff sat in the closet instead of mopping in between the main use of the sanitary facilities - what a shame!
