"Good place to spend the night - Located behind the hotel with central sanitary building. Registration and deregistration at the hotel. Mostly quite small pitches, but still generously sized for our small caravan.

"Quiet place behind the hotel - We found the pitch to be quite okay. We found a sufficiently large pitch with shade for our caravan, electricity box next door. There is a free choice of pitch, although you should pay attention to whether satellite TV is being used and where the electricity box is. The passing train line to the harbor hardly disturbs, only runs during the day. Some of the pitches are separated by hedges and trees, sometimes wild pigeons sit inside and make a racket. There are also some campers who don't know about midday rest and arrive at 14:30 with their diesel and wake up the site or have to leave the site in a hurry at 7:15. Sanitary facilities a bit older, the ventilation poor, as you can see now in Corona times. There is a small store for groceries and bread rolls 100 m away, various restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise good location to visit Amrum, Föhr and also Sylt (by train). We will definitely come back again.

"Ideal for Amrum/Föhr tour - Small and very narrow campsite. You can have problems with larger motorhomes or trailers. The sanitary facilities were clean and sufficient in number. Unfortunately the hotel does not!!! Bread roll service offered. There is a small store in the village about 3 minutes from the campsite. It is about 5 minutes by bike to the Amrum/Föhr ferry. Train traffic is directly behind the campsite. However, this does not disturb in any way, as the trains only run during the day. For a short stay, the place is convenient.

"the promises are not true - The pitch layout is outdated, too small for most caravans and motorhomes, gravel paths, smelly garbage collection area, uncontrolled arrival and departure possible at any time, no night's rest, no barrier....

"Quiet, cozy place - boss unfortunately choleric - Unfortunately, the owner is not afraid to shout at his employees in front of the guests. Unfortunately, this ruined my birthday and our departure day.

"Good place for excursions to Amrum and Föhr - Contrary to the previous writer, we received a very friendly welcome. The sanitary facilities are in good order and well maintained. The pitches are large enough. The site was almost fully booked, but still very quiet. Unfortunately there are no shopping facilities nearby.
