"Place located directly at the bathing lake, unfriendly operator - Actually nice place in a good location, unfortunately very unfriendly reception from the old lady at reception.

"Unfriendliness at the entrance - I have rarely experienced such an unfriendly, cheeky older woman at the entrance area and that 2 days in a row! She was made aware of her negative manner but that didn't stop her from answering rudely. After asking twice who the owner was in order to have a conversation she shouted at me that of course she was the boss. In addition, she was completely overwhelmed even though it was relatively quiet. I therefore do not recommend this bathing and camping site under any circumstances. The Heider Bergsee around the Exke is a great alternative with friendliness and professionalism

"No reservation options - unfriendliness of the older lady - The lady, who was about 80 years old, lacked any friendliness and was just dismissive. They probably don't need it anymore. Very unfortunate that a reservation is not possible

"Very bad first impression - First of all, there is a dragon in the entrance area that charges every visitor 4 euros, even in rainy weather. We actually only wanted to meet our relatives from England, who were staying at the campsite, for an hour. The way the woman greeted visitors was really low class. I was embarrassed because this woman more than lived up to the term 'ugly German'. Anything but customer-friendly. The tables by the seating areas were also filthy. According to our relatives, the showers didn't work properly either. As someone from Brühl, I cannot recommend this campsite to my friends and relatives.

"Very unfriendly reception - The reception was very unfriendly. 12-15 o'clock is lunch break. We parked in front of it, the gate was open and I asked the owner if a parking space was free and if we could check in from 3pm. The woman just left and the gate closed and I couldn't even get out. Then had to find her to let me out. We then drove to another pitch. That's no way to treat your guests.

"Very unfriendly senior manager - The senior manager is very unfriendly, especially to the day guests. She puts guests off! An impossible person! Other guests have also had this experience, as many similar comments have been posted online. That's right! Why doesn't the elderly lady withdraw from day-to-day business? As the pitches are very small and the campsite management is very rude, the site cannot be recommended. We won't be visiting the site again! The lady is also known in her place of residence as ..... in her place of residence.
