"Beautiful location, quiet place - The access road from the country road through the village to the campsite requires a little driving skill. It can be narrow and steep. Probably not possible for buses that have been converted into motorhomes. The site is also a large hill with quite a gradient, or incline, depending on the location. Well planted with trees, including olives. For sunny, but also shady pitches. Power supply nearby, water too. Some pitches are a little sloping, but this can be compensated for with wedges. From some pitches, you can virtually see Tuscany from above. That has something individual about it. As many people see the sanitary facilities as the most important criterion, here's a tip: Leave toilets as you would like to find them. No place in the world cleans its facilities every ten minutes. The facilities here are not the newest, but they are adequate. There is a nice pool at the top of the site. You can swim a few lengths there before breakfast. The restaurant was not yet open, but this is quite normal in Italy in May. What remains? A nice starting point for excursions into Tuscany.

"The ideal place to relax - During the period visited, the camp was almost empty. Nevertheless, the swimming pool and the restaurant were open. Very friendly reception by the owner. Level pitches for caravan with beautiful views. Good restaurant, nice prices. 1 km to town - pharmacy, shop. Ideal starting point for trips to the surrounding area

"Beautifully situated, quiet during the day - Were pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately there was live music on Friday until 1:00am, after which the youth continued partying at the pool...if you don't take part, it was a bit loud. During the day it is quiet, the site has idyllic spots and everyone can actually stand apart. For WOMOS it can only be used to a limited extent, as it is terraced. The ladies' wash house was very clean. The pool was large and could be used without a bathing cap. The restaurant was a bit hidden, 2 waiters a bit overwhelmed, but the food was delicious. We spent 2 nights here to relax on the trip. The view of the mountains is somewhat secluded due to the high vegetation, but still very nice.

"A great place to relax and visit Siena and southern Tuscany - We received a very friendly welcome on arrival. This remained the case throughout our stay. The site is laid out in terraces and as it is also on a hill there are great views of Tuscany. The restaurant is very good. Price and performance are right. When you come back from your tours, it's great to jump into the pool. We will come back to this campsite next time.

"Beautiful location - Beautiful terraced site on a relatively steep slope, with the lower part reserved for tents. Shopping only at the bar with a sparse selection (supermarket 800m away in the village). Breakfast pastries can be ordered in advance. Restaurant with pasta dishes and pizza. Nice large swimming pool (public). A sanitary block at the very top means a "long" steep climb from the lower pitches. Cleaning generally very good, shower tokens for 50 cents. Friendly staff in all areas. In summary, it is a lovely site in a beautiful area and is well located for sightseeing trips,

"Terrace space, larger than initially expected - Terraced site with pitches under trees. Water and sink on every terrace. Large pool, very friendly reception, the manager always helpful. Sanitary clean, kept simple, few shelves and hooks. Shower coins. The cook in the restaurant was alone with us in the off-season and therefore constantly overwhelmed. Food delicious but with long waiting times. Nevertheless, very friendly service. Unique view of the valley.

Immersed in the greenery and tranquillity of the Sienese hills, Camping Le Soline is situated in a hilly and panoramic position, 22 km from Siena and a few kilometres from the Petriolo thermal baths, an ideal starting point for excursions …to discover the charming villages and food and wine of Tuscany. The area of the campsite is divided into terraces with roads equipped with lighting and electricity. Pitches of various sizes are available for tents, camper vans and caravans in the shade of olive trees and maritime pines. A large barbecue area is available for groups. Modern and comfortable toilet facilities with disabled access are easily accessible and provide all services including hot water showers, washing machines, dryers, hairdryers, maternity area with changing table and baby bath. At the back of the complex there is an area equipped for camper service and two chemical toilets. What would a holiday be without a swim and a bit of a tan? At Le Soline, we know well, so we have created a magnificent semi-Olympic swimming pool (25 x 14 m), a covered pool that we have used for children as it is equipped with hot water, sandpit and games, and a charming covered hydro-massage tub with panoramic views, ideal for relaxing your muscles after a walk or a bike ride! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite and pets are welcome. In addition to a breathtaking view of the Montalcino hills, the campsite offers all the services for a relaxing and pleasant stay. At the campsite you will find a RESTAURANT - PIZZERIA with wood-burning oven. In addition to the spacious dining room, the restaurant has a beautiful panoramic terrace near the swimming pool: ideal for enjoying excellent pizzas and local specialities while admiring the splendid Sienese hills. We have a BAR for breakfast, cold dishes for lunch and an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the pool. A mini-market for basic needs and fresh bread in the morning is also available. There are also picnic areas, a football pitch, a beach volleyball court, table tennis tables and even table football.
