"Everything is great! - The campsite is very clean and the staff are friendly. A bicycle is an advantage (can be rented there). The beach and the beautiful promenade of Marina di Cecina are still within walking distance. A walk through the beautiful pine forest is a must!

"Quite good, but could be improved - One caveat in advance: if at all, I would only recommend the campsite in the low season. In the high season, it is likely to be hopelessly overcrowded and the noise from the campsite itself and the surrounding campsites would be almost unbearable. I found it somewhat unpleasant that the first thing I was asked for at reception was a cash deposit for the bungalow I had reserved. I was then immediately given an identification bracelet that I had to wear day and night. Next, I was taken to the most important places on site in an electric vehicle. It all seemed a bit like mass processing. The bungalow I stayed in was okay, but without running water and otherwise a very nice plastic shack, but nothing more. For 45 euros a day in low season it was okay, but in high season 110 euros would be completely excessive. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't work at all in the bungalow, the distance to reception was probably too great. Other important points: the sanitary facilities are also only okay and could be renewed. However, they are at least cleaned quite well and kept in good condition. The supermarket on site is very spartan and far too expensive.

"Friendly and clean - We were a bit shocked by the place when we arrived, but that was also the strain of the journey. After a very good night's sleep, the world looked much better. The pitch was actually very well-kept for a pine pitch, as there were hardly any needles. They used the pitch several times during our vacation. The trees and hedges make it a bit tight to drive into the rows of pitches. The sanitary facilities are very old but are cleaned regularly and are clean. The only thing that was not so good was that there was usually only cold to lukewarm water for washing up. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The children's disco starts at 21:30 and you can hear it in the square, which didn't bother me! You can rent kayaks free of charge for 2 hours at reception, but you have to pay a deposit and take them to the beach yourself, which is very easy with a trolley. "Price/performance is ok - Clean campsite, but maintenance is a bit neglected. Leaves and needles are not removed. Some pitches are difficult to access with larger vehicles/caravans. However, the staff are always ready to help with manpower, a jeep or even a tractor. The mobile homes are very clean inside and well equipped. The mattresses are very good, as we have had other experiences in 4-star campsites. Staff are always on hand to help with small problems. The minimarket has a poor selection and is totally overpriced. It was OK for us for fresh bread - we got the rest in the island's main town 10 minutes away by car and there are too many other grocery stores on the island with a good selection.
