"Not again - If you have dogs with you, it is unavoidable that the animals get loose on the campsite in the morning, as the walk to the dog beach is simply too far. This means that there is urine and dog poo everywhere, some of which is only removed in a makeshift manner. Of course, many guests walk barefoot across the square because of all the sand. You can imagine what you then carry into your tent or caravan. Unfortunately, there is only one waste disposal station near the restaurant. There are no other garbage cans. The wash house is at the top of a fairly high dune and we saw very few people carrying their gray water up there. The showers are very dated and not particularly clean. No shopping facilities on the site... The pitches are completely in the sand, which seems very romantic at first glance. At least there are no puddles when it rains heavily. But it would have been good if the pitches had been "tidied up" after the guests. We had broken glass, concrete residue and thorns on the pitch. Quite dangerous for children. The site would certainly have potential with some serious renovation work.

"Cheekiness/it stinks/disrepair - A place where no investment has been made for years and unfortunately now has defects everywhere. The sanitary facilities unfortunately stink and have a number of defects. Silicone joints are heavily infested with mold and the fittings are all loose. In addition, just in time for the start of the season, a staircase to the facilities is dismantled because it is dilapidated. And you discover this just in time for the start of the season? It's incomprehensible that there are old things lying around everywhere in the corridors and wash houses, chewing gum. Old tent poles, awnings, fridges etc. The TV room is simply filthy. There are old things lying around everywhere on the site which are picked up by tractors during the vacation. To experience this during your vacation is simply an imposition. The fact that there is no possibility here to get the little things in life (bread rolls, newspaper, ice cream,...) ok, but you could go out for a good and expensive meal if there was a place in the restaurant at the campsite. Too bad.

"Reservations are not recommended - The site has a very good location, which is why we wanted to book there again after a camping vacation several years ago. We had to cancel a week in advance due to illness. The operator showed little compassion and instead charged us a cancellation fee of €53 for a 2-man tent pitch that we had canceled a week (!) in advance. With such greed for money, there can be no question of hospitality.

"Old and dilapidated and unfriendly - Nothing is repaired here. Loose boards, mold, not a nice word, only prohibition signs, unbelievable ... no kiosk ... cold showers ...

"Great WoMo parking space - The location is great, right behind the dunes and 5 minutes by bike to the town center. Tip top wash house! It's a pitch with electricity, not a campsite (which is only for WoWA). Very simple, we like that. Small and cozy. Arrival/departure was very well organized. The groundsman is also on site every day. We will be back again.

"Fantastic location in the middle of the dunes right by the sea - We 50 years with dog have been coming to this place for 7 years we love the peace and the proximity to the sea whoever goes on vacation here should like sand
