"nice place - bad sanitary - On the whole it is a nice campsite, with the exception of the sanitary facilities, these are not particularly "hui!" There is a clear improvement! We didn't like the food from the snack bar. But it goes down well. The peace and quiet is nice and children are taken into consideration.

"Very nice. - We are still quite new to camping. I think this was our 2nd campsite. We were very impressed and are thinking about going again this year.

"Great for families - We had a wonderful vacation with two small children (1 year and 2 years old). And there was nothing missing and the sanitary facilities were sufficient and always clean. The bread service had very, very good bread rolls! The indoor playground (Robby Robbe) is an absolute blast. Especially in bad weather. For active vacationers such as climbers, hikers and mountain bikers it is also not far to Ibbenbüren (Dörenter Klippen etc.). Approx. 15 minutes by car.

"Groups undesirable - For 14 years, we spent a weekend with our group at Lake Hertha. Now we have the coffee. Every year the owner comes up with something new to harass us. This year is the end for good. We will not be coming back. The sanitary facilities were clean for the first time this year, but the owner's attitude is unacceptable. The first people to arrive were immediately asked if we were a group. He doesn't want groups on his pitch! We are 4 families from the surrounding area. We have followed the rules every year. The night's rest apparently doesn't apply to everyone. A lack of understanding for us. As empty as it was on this rainy weekend, he is apparently not dependent on guests coming. The bread rolls offered on the square do not deserve to be labeled "fresh". It should say "to bake" on the bag. The snack bar is not able to accommodate a bed, although there are only two tables of 5 people to be served in the restaurant.

"Pure relaxation - My wife and I decided to take a short cycling vacation at Lake Hertha. We felt completely at ease and would have liked to stay longer if the weather had been nice. Everything was clean and uncomplicated. Very friendly staff. From the campsite: Bicycle tours at their best
