"Cozy campsite - If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and rushing water, this is the place for you. The price-performance ratio and the warm hospitality are just right here. A paradise even for dogs. Long walks along the river take you directly to the Czechs on a well-signposted hiking trail. Two nice restaurants always provide a culinary delight. Not to forget. The cleanest and freshest spring water from the tap that I have ever drunk is available here free of charge. We will definitely be back. Thank you Heiner

"Exactly what you need - A lovely, friendly place with a nice landlord. There is absolutely nothing to complain about, we felt very comfortable and this place is my top place of all the ones I have seen and stayed in so far. Everything there but no superfluous frills. Thank you Heiner.

"Friendly, small campsite with functional sanitary facilities - The campsite owner offers a very friendly welcome and always has tips for excursions in the surrounding area. The location between Bayerisch Eisenstein and Zwiesel is ideal for hiking (or skiing) on the Gr. Arber. The pitches, which are not parceled out, are on grassy ground, scattered with trees and bushes. The sanitary facilities consist of 2 functional sanitary containers, which are a bit outdated. The site is very quiet at night, during the day you can hear the main road a little. At EUR 19/night for 2 people, the price/performance ratio is fine.

"Very simple, but nice - Nice owner who helps and supports at all times. The pitch is extremely simple and the sanitary facilities are housed in a container. Price of 19 euros for 2 people, dog and incl. electricity was ok.

"It couldn't be more familiar ...... Campsite with a lot of charm - I have never felt so welcome! Anyone who doesn't value luxury and isn't fussy about cleanliness will feel at home here. Everything you need is there and it is cleaned daily. I will definitely come here at least once a year ...... whether with family or again with my girlfriend for a hiking vacation! I love small campsites like this and Heiner's campsite is my number 1 .....

"Retro camping - We stayed at this tent campsite on our way back from the Czech Republic. Located on the edge of the woods, it is well laid out. The sanitary facilities are from another era, using an old lean-to, an old garage and an algeco.

Umgeben von Mischwald bietet der Campingplatz Regenhütte in der Nähe von Bayerisch Eisenstein Platz für 15 Wohnmobile beziehungsweise Caravans. Eine Zeltwiese sowie drei kleine Ferienhütten runden das Angebot an Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten ab. Im Sanitärgebäude befinden sich unter anderem Duschen und Einzelwaschkabinen …sowie ein Chemietoilettenausguss und ein Geschirrspülbecken. Abends lässt eine Grillmöglichkeit Lagerfeuerromantik aufkommen. Ein Gasthaus finden Urlauber dagegen in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Campingplatz. Da das Gelände mitten in der Ferienregion Bayerischer Wald am Fuße des Großen Arbers liegt, lädt die Umgebung zu aktiver Urlaubsgestaltung ein: Während sich im Sommer insbesondere Wandern und Radfahren großer Beliebtheit erfreuen, nutzen Wintercamper gerne den Pendelbus zu den Skigebieten am Großen Arber oder am Geißkopf. Organisierte Busausflüge führen von Bayerisch Eisenstein nach Prag, Passau oder zu sehenswerten Orten im Bayerischen Wald.
