"clean inexpensive campsite - We were able to enjoy the hospitality of Ruud and his team in mid-August. On arrival, there was a friendly and informal welcome, as if we had been there many times before. We (my fourteen-year-old son and I) felt well looked after right from the start. Thank you Ruud! The pitches are spacious (as far as I can tell) and the nearest water point is less than 30 meters away. The sanitary facilities are state of the art and were in a very clean condition around the clock. The three shower cubicles were perfectly adequate. WLAN was easy to receive (even with my son's iPhone). If you want to set up a satellite dish, you should avoid pitches 38-45, as there are tall, dense trees in the direction of Astra. I therefore didn't even try to receive anything. All in all, a very clean, well-kept campsite with very nice hosts.

"Camping Golfzang - We (2 adults, 2 small children) ended up on this pitch in July, as our regular pitches in the area were unfortunately all fully booked. Well, what can I say, we were lucky with our choice of pitch. Super nice operators, nice big pitch, clean sanitary facilities and good value for money. The boss pulled the caravan onto the pitch himself on arrival. Waste water and cable TV available on the pitch. Just be careful, if you book cable TV you only get 1 channel in German (ZDF). Therefore, it is better to unpack the satellite dish directly. Fresh water is available at separate taps. Showers, washing up and washing machine run via a so-called Sepkey. Hot water 1 min = 15 cents. As there are only 3 showers and toilets for the men, there can be waiting times. All in all, a good place at reasonable prices in the high season.

In de kop van Noord-Holland, in de familiebadplaats St. Maartenszee, twee kilometer van de Noordzee, ligt Camping Golfzang midden in een gebied met afwisselende landschappen. Camping Golfzang is ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen. Het terrein is 2 ha. groot en …telt veel rustige kampeerplekjes. Alle 120 plaatsen zijn voorzien van elektra (6 Amp.), riolering en kabel-tv-aansluiting. Er zijn twee verwarmde toiletgebouwen waarvan er één is voorzien van een baby-room. Voor de kinderen zijn er diverse speeltoestellen. Voor auto's is er een apart parkeerterrein. Aangelijnde honden zijn welkom. Bij de ingang van de camping staat een snackbar, een café met internetaansluiting en een supermarkt en op loopafstand (300 meter) een zwembad, de fietsverhuur, kanoverhuur en een kleine jeugddisco. Op loop- en fietsafstand liggen brede stranden, uitgestrekte duingebieden met bossen en heidevelden, groene weiden met slingerende dijkjes, plassen en meertjes en pittoreske dorpjes. Een ideaal gebied voor vakantie en recreatie. Vanwege de grote vraag naar seizoenplaatsen zijn er een aantal plaatsen extra vrijgemaakt.
