"Drum pürfe genau, ob sich nicht was besseres findet - Der Standort ist toll, der Kundenservice ganz und garnicht. Negativ ist auch aufgefallen, dass es sich hier wohl um eine Hundecamp handelt, 50 Prozent der Besucher hatten Hunde dabei, was schön ist, aber das bellen gerade in den Ruhestunden nicht angenehmer macht. Es gibt nur einen Müllstation, zu der man über den ganzen Campingplatz laufen muss, saß liegt wohl an einem Ungeziefer Problem, wie ich mir sagen habe lassen. Wir haben eine Woche gebucht und angedeutet, das wir eventuell einen Tag früher abreisen, was wir aber nicht taten. Resultat war, wir wurden vom Platz verwiesen und bekamen auch unser Geld nicht wieder. Kommentar der Rezeptionsleitung, das sei ihr egal. Schade, die Lokalität ist schön, aber es gehört halt mehr dazu.

"Toller Campingplatz - Wir waren im August 2023 auf diesem Platz und durften einen Luxus-Stellplatz genießen. Einfach nur perfekt. Der Platz ist insgesamt sehr aufgeräumt, alles sauber, tolle Sanitäranlagen, 2 Pools. Der Campingplatz war gefühlt komplett ausgelastet, trotz Temperaturen von 35 Grad waren die Pools nicht überfüllt. Kostenlose Liegestühle standen sogar bei diesen Termperaturen noch zur Verfügung. Toller abgetrennter Hundebereich am Pool mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirme. Sehr angenehm sind die vielen kleinen Spülstationen in fast jedem Bereich des Platzes. Dies entspannt ungemein. Dadurch auch sehr kurze Wege. Keine Wartezeiten beim Geschirrspülen. Der Supermarkt ist gut sortiert, und hat alles was es am CP benötigt. Preise sind ok. Sehr angenehm ist der Wasserspender für Trinkwasser. 20 Cent/Liter. Tolle Idee, keine Plastikflaschenverschwendung! Separate Ausgänge für Hundesparziergänge. Für Hundebesitzer absolut empfehlenswert. Auch separater Hundestrand am See. Das Restaurant ist top. Tolle Lage am See, und alles sehr lecker. Preise sind absolut im Rahmen, eher noch als günstig zu bewerten. Für Abends ist Reservierung empfehlenswert. Es gibt 2 Strände am CP, beide sind sehr naturbelassen und relativ schmal. Dies ist aber der Lage geschuldet. Badeschuhe sind empfehlenswert. Fazit: Absoluter TOP Platz - volle 5 Sterne. Hier muss man schon sehr kritisch sein, um Nachteile zu finden.

"Toller Campingplatz für Hundebesitzer - Rundum ein toller Campingplatz. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Allerdings braucht man schon entweder Fahrräder, Auto oder wie wir, unsere Vespa, um die umliegenden Städtchen anschauen zu können.

"Toller Platz, ungemütlicher Strand - Toller Campingplatz der, wie so viele, immer mehr für Wohnmobile und Wohnheime ausgestattet wird. Also kleine Stellplätze, viele Challets. Nix für Strandurlauber da dieser sehr ungemütlich ist. Auch der Zugang ist eine Stolperfalle. Man muss halt den Gardasee und seine Umgebung mögen. Unser ist es nicht. Wir waren auf Stellplatz 602 (2. Reihe am See). Zufahrt ist zu eng; Platz zu klein und voller Ameisen. Diese hatten dann auch unseren Caravan erobert. Wellnessangebote kosten extra. Zwei Std. Sauna 30€!

"Freundlichkeit, Luxus aber schlammige Stellplätze - Ein absoluter Topplatz. Leider scheint die Dränage nicht obtimal zu funktionieren. Das muss besser werden. Alles andere kann man kaun besser machen.

The Fornella Camping and Wellness Family Resort is located on a charming strip of land between Lake Garda and a large olive-growing area. It is a quiet, green oasis of over 120,000 m², just 2 km from the centre of …the old town of San Felice and 5 km from Salò. We are located in one of the most idyllic and romantic corners of the lake, directly on the water, with two beaches and a picturesque cliff. We offer a wide range of pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes to meet the expectations and needs of all camping enthusiasts in a green and sustainable environment. Our pitches are equipped with 6-16-ampere EEC electricity, water and drainage. Our swimming pools, beaches, restaurant, shop, wellness & SPA, as well as outdoor and indoor play areas, offer fun, good food and activities for everyone in complete safety. Children can take part in our entertainment programme, the mini-club and tournaments, while for adults we have a range of sports activities and the opportunity to relax and recharge in our lake-view SPA. Dog owners can swim with their furry friends in the lake on the south-eastern beach, use the shower specially designed for dogs or explore the exclusive off-site off-leash area, in a typical rural setting. A- If Driving from the Brenner Pass (A22 Southbound motorway), Venice (A4 motorway westbound)or the south (A22 Motorway northbound) once you reach the Verona area make sure you join the A4 Motorway westbound (directions for Milano or Brescia). Exit the …motorway in Desenzano del Garda and follow directions for Salò. about 20 km from the motorway exit turn right at roundabout following signs for San Felice del Benaco. 2 km after roundabout drive straight across crossroad , down a rather steep hill , across a bridge and up the hill the other side , take the second road on the right ( CTS Bar and Pizzeria on your right) and follow signs for "Camping Fornella". The entrance to the site is through a rather narrow road on the right at the bottom of a hill. B- If driving from the west (Milano) take the A4 motorway eastbound (signs for Brescia and Venezia) exit at Brescia Est and follow signs for Salò, after the exit for Villanuova/Madonna di Campiglio, follow signs for Desenzano (keep on the right at fork inside tunnel). Cross traffic lights at Villa di Salò , turn left at the 4th roundobout (directions for San felice del Benaco).2 km after roundabout drive straight across crossroad , down a rather steep hill , across a bridge and up the hill the other side , take the second road on the right ( CTS Bar and Pizzeria on your right) and follow signs for "Camping Fornella". The entrance to the site is through a rather narrow road on the right at the bottom of a hill. C- If driving from the Brenner pass you can also consider taking the scenic route along the lake side (exit motorway at Trento or Rovereto Nord).This route is very slow at summer, crowded with tourists and extremely narrow if towing a trailer or caravan.
