Ideal for those who love outdoor holidays, close to nature, for those who want to enjoy the sea and for those who wish to explore new places. Camping desire is able to meet different needs, suitable for both families and …couples, as well as small groups. Private Beach, swimming pool, soccer / tennis field, ping pong, children's games, animation, offer our customers the opportunity to choose many different ways to spend time. While for those who come to paestum to explore the territory, there are many possibilities: the archaeological park of paestum is just 4 kilometres away, from here you can reach some of the most interesting locations in the park of cilento and campania. Camping desire has large pitches for tents, campers and caravans, all equipped with private washbasin with drinking water. It is also possible to stay in comfortable bungalows and mobile homes with kitchen and sanitation, and in caravans to rent with outdoor kitchenette and private sink. The private beach is about 300 metres, in July and August a shuttle is active. There is also a bar-market inside the campsite.

By car If you are coming from the north (Naples) or south (Reggio Calabria) take the motorway A3 Salerno – Reggio Calabria and exit at Battipaglia. Then continue on the variant ss18 (Sp430) in the direction of Paestum and after …approx 15 km you will come to a roundabout and take the right exit signposted “Capaccio Scalo”. You will drive over a railway bridge and then after 1 km you will come to another roundabout in the centre of Capaccio Scalo. Turn right and then go straight for 4.5 km. You will continue over one set of traffic lights (500m), another roundabout (1 km), a second set of traffic lights (3 km) and a third set of traffic lights in front of the pine forest (after 500m). Then turn right on Via Posidonia and drive about 1.5 km to the campsite which is at the end of the road on the right, just before another roundabout. By train There are two train stations in Paestum. The first is named “Capaccio Roccadaspide” and the second “Paestum“. You can get off at either of them. If you want more information please visit www.trenitalia.com By plane The international airport “Napoli-Capodichino” is 90 km from Paestum. If you travel in a group you can book a shuttle bus from Naples to Paestum. The airport “Salerno Costa d’Amalfi” is 30 km from Paestum.
