"Well-run campsite in a beautiful location by the river - In the week before the Dutch school vacations, the campsite was still quite empty. We had a nice and sufficiently large pitch right by the river. If you don't like the sound of the river babbling over the stones, you should look for a pitch on the site a little further downstream - it's just nature. The pitches have a grass surface, but where this is missing (awnings), it can be quite muddy when it rains. Otherwise, the lawns were very well maintained. I managed well with 25m of power cable. There are more than enough showers, wash cubicles and toilets for a site of this size. The sanitary facilities were always clean, unless a camping guest had problems with the toilet flushing technology (you have to pump). The operator could also ask with a sign that the duch area should only be entered with bathing shoes. The traces of dirty shoes in the shower cubicles were a bit annoying. A swabber is available for use! The campsite offers a bread roll service (Keizer rolls, granary rolls, croissants etc.), a bakery is 100 meters away. Despite the large selection, I didn't see any German-style bread anywhere, but that's just the way it is :-). The campsite managers, who also run the restaurant, are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything went quickly and smoothly at reception. In the restaurant you can eat well in a pleasant atmosphere at prices that are comparable to local standards. The terrace is also very nice. We enjoyed our week at Camping de la Sûre. Criticism or not, we will certainly be back.

"Very nice location - Beautifully situated on the river with pitches directly on the river, in a quiet location. Adjacent to a road on the other side. Some long power cables required! Quite muddy when it rains. Sanitary building quite far away, depending on the location of the pitch, as there is only one sanitary building at the entrance. Quite cold in the shower area. Sinks could be better cleaned (hair...). And the toilet flush requires a bit of patience, as you have to "pump" for the flush to work - which sometimes makes it look a bit unappetizing. It's great that you can get on the bus for free. Bus stop right outside the door. Cycle path in one direction along the road. Gastronomy not used.

"Very nice campsite - Friendly reception. One person was responsible for reception, garden terrace, restaurant and camping store. Still kept the peace and was always friendly. Good connections by free public transport to the Müllerthal hiking area, castles, palaces, towns and museums. The village of Reisdorf itself offers nothing. Campsite restaurant geared towards Dutch guests. Sanitary facilities spacious and clean.

"We will be back - It was our first time in Luxembourg and we were not only impressed by the cozy atmosphere of the campsite but by the whole country, so we stayed 4 nights instead of the planned 2. The pitches are large to very large and fresh water and waste water are always close by. You have to walk your dog up the road, but you can get there very quickly. Unfortunately, the showers are a bit cramped and if you're not careful with the washing machine, or assume what is displayed, a normal wash cycle costs €8. Although the campsite is right next to the road, we hardly noticed any car noise.
