We reached this wonderful place via narrow and steep roads. The sanitary facilities are simple and well maintained. The store is very small - shopping in Chorges or Embrun, bread can be ordered.
The peace and quiet and the view over the valley and Lac Serre-Ponçon are fantastic. When it's hot in the... valley, it stays cool at the campsite, there's always a breeze.
Be careful, the friendly restaurant up by the lake only serves lunch to order. A dip in the lake is highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay in a clean mobile home in good condition, there's not much missing. It's a quiet campsite, don't expect any entertainment here, it's restful and peaceful. The Lac de Saint Apollinaire, a stone's throw from the campsite, is ideal for families and replaces the swimming pool if you're not afraid of cold water.
