"Large, beautifully situated square - As already mentioned several times by others, there are mainly tent pitches of various sizes with sea views on terraces in the steep coastal area. The rest are also terraces with spacious pitches for motorhomes and caravans. The site is generally located under pine trees and is therefore shady. Sanitary facilities clean and well maintained (partly closed from mid-September), restaurant good. Minimarket still well stocked in September. The small beach is no longer crowded at this time.

"Super place with a great location - To summarize: very friendly, flexible staff. We changed our plans at short notice and wanted to arrive a day earlier. There was no problem with either the ferry or the campsite. Nor was it a problem that we didn't arrive at the campsite until 21:00. What was a bit annoying was that 500-600 watts was the maximum that the cables could provide. Super clean and well maintained. Dream location.

"Great campsite in a fantastic location - We spent two weeks here with our three children (6 to 10) in a tent at Camping Laconella. On arrival, we realized that the pitch allocated to us was too small for our large tent. After explaining our problem, we were offered three alternatives, of which we opted for the pitch with a sea view and no shade. The big advantage of the pitch was that we were on our own and nobody walked past. The disadvantage was clearly the lack of shade. Furthermore, our tent was equipped with plastic pegs as standard, which didn't stand a chance on the hard ground. We were very pleasantly surprised by the sanitary facilities. Everything was very clean and was cleaned several times a day. We quickly got used to the somewhat low pressure of the shower and unintentional hot-cold changes. The restaurant upstairs is highly recommended. Lots of good dishes at good prices, very friendly service and a great view over the bay of Lacona leave nothing to be desired. The store is a little small, but it has the essentials. It is closed in the afternoon, which is a bit of a shame, but you can manage that too. The location of the campsite is great. The outward journey from the ferry took just 20 minutes. We explored almost the whole island from there. We would love to visit this campsite again.

"Camping Laconella, a nice place to be! - Very pleasant campsite with access to 2 very different bays. Nice view from the restaurant and at Pentecost firmly in German hands... ;-)

"Campsite with a view of the bay of Lacona - Very nice campsite. The pitches are terraced and large enough. The restaurant offers a great view of the bay of Lacon. Bread rolls and groceries are available in the store. The new sanitary facilities are spacious and very well maintained. Hot water for both showers and washing up. Two beautiful beaches are just a few minutes' walk away, and hiking and biking tours are possible directly from the campsite. The campsite is very family-friendly and the operators are concerned about the well-being of their guests.

"Super place in a wonderful location - One of the most beautiful places on Elba. Wonderful view of the bay of Lacona, very central for many excursions. Great beach and very clean. excellent restaurant. new sanitary facilities in the best condition round off the whole thing. The owner family does everything to make you feel at home 😊😊😊😊
