Profile
Our main idea in creating the Madonna di Pogi agri-campsite was to provide our guests with the opportunity to freely experience the Tuscan countryside, its nature, and, above all, its tranquillity. This kind of opportunity is increasingly rare on the … usual tourist circuits but we have made it possible on our farm: There are 120,000 m2 of forest, fruit trees and cultivated land completely at your disposal, so that you can always find a quiet spot in the shade of an old oak tree to read a book or relax in a hammock, as well as sunbathe on the lawn after a refreshing dip in our lake. Nestled in the unspoiled nature of the Val d’Ambra and within easy reach of Tuscany’s main tourist destinations, including Chianti, Maremma and the art cities of Siena, Arezzo and Florence, our agri-campsite offers tourists and lovers of nature and country life the pleasure of enjoying an unique experience of the Tuscan ecological lifestyle. The harmony of the nature around our agri-campsite is reflected in the complete relaxation it offers, thanks to the abundant green spaces available to guests, the private lake, and the possibility of walks and bicycle rides through the Val d’Ambra, one of the most beautiful areas of our region. This is our first year of activity, and we are working hard every day to make your stay an ever more pleasant experience. Our agri-campsite has several types of caravans , all made from wood and ecologically friendly materials by local craftsmen, to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. The caravans are situated randomly, with no geometrical layout, to ensure the greatest possible privacy . Our main focus in creating the structures was on ecology and respect for the environment. For this reason, we have implemented available technologies for energy saving, wastewater recycling, nursery irrigation, vegetable garden management and raising the farm animals with organic systems. The various types of caravans all include a large, private outdoor area with table and benches. Florenz, Siena und Arezzo, und die anderen Kunststädte der Toskana sind alle in der Nähe. Das Chiantigebiet und das Arnotal befinden sichin der Nähe, auch zu Fuss oder per Rad erreichbar. Sie erreichen uns bequem auch mit dem Zug, in Bucine gibt's einen Bahnhof, nur 10 Minuten von uns entfernt (Linie Florenz – Arezzo ). Täglich fahren von hier viele Züge nach Florenz ab.
