I arrived unannounced with my bike and tent and was given a super spacious, quiet pitch. The entire campsite is very well-kept, beautifully situated and really idyllic. It's also right on the cycle path to the Rhine delta. If it didn't exist, it would... have to be invented. Shopping facilities and the beautiful Hundertwasser market hall are not far away. Nothing could be heard from Altenrhein airport.Automatisk oversat.Ingen campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. Vær den første!

Large flat pitches. Friendly, flexible reception. Good value for this location. Good restaurant. Actually, the place should have gotten 5 stars. We arrived on Wednesday evening and the sanitary facilities were in a questionable state. It was only cleaned on Friday. Small sanitary building with 2 showers and toilets. Too bad!!!Automatisk oversat.Ingen campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. Vær den første!

Very clean sanitary facilities.NegativA little too much noise in the restaurant as our tent was right next to it.Very well-kept campsiteLowest price level, compared to the places further south on the way of our alpine transfer where the quality was the best!Automatisk oversat.Ingen campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. Martin G.august 20205.0Martin G.august 2020PositiveBeautiful location on the Old Rhine and an interesting view of Altenrhein Airport.NegativUnfortunately, access to the lake is somewhat difficult due to private property, but it is a short walk away.Quiet, beautiful placeA nice quiet camping site with allotment garden flair.
Super clean and well-kept pitches. Even at the end of the summer season the grass is still growing here. Little on offer in the site's own kiosk, but the most important things are there. Restaurant with moderate prices.
The small pool invites you for a swim.Automatisk oversat.Ingen campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. Vær den første! - 3.0
Martin G.august 20163.0Martin G.august 2016PositiveLocated directly on the Rhine cycle path Beautiful garden restaurantNegativNo disadvantages found in the short timePractical campsite on the Rhine cycle pathI visited this site with my bike and tent. The "Campingplatz Idyll" is located directly on the Rhine cycle path and is characterized by permanent campers. The reception was very friendly and I immediately felt welcome. There is a beautiful and inviting meadow for tents right next to the garden restaurant.... The sanitary block was clean during my visit and the hot showers are included in the price. As the range of attractive restaurants in Altenrhein is rather underdeveloped, you are forced to eat from the small menu at the kiosk. But it tasted okay! A good "overnight stop" on a bike tour!Automatisk oversat.1 camper fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom. - 5.0SA

- 4.0HKHarald K.august 20134.0HKHarald K.august 2013Small but nice campsite on Lake Constance, which leaves an absolutely well-kept impression! The very large shower cubicles deserve a special mention, especially showering like at home, without having to constantly press the button for water to come back (as at most other campsites). Not far from an airfield,... but we found it more of an attraction than a disturbance. Great cycling on Lake Constance and the surrounding area. We were very impressed, also as a stopover after Italy, can only recommend it!Automatisk oversat.3 campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom.

Paddy H.maj 20104.0Paddy H.maj 2010Very friendly staff. Large plots. Quiet location, 15 minutes walk from Lake Constance. Very well-kept and clean site. Small kiosk store with a modest range, but the most important things are available. Nice starting point for bike tours and walks. Unfortunately, the site is bisected by a road that is... partly used by cars. Gray water can be emptied outside the site. Chemical toilet and fresh water on the pitch. A small swimming pool is available, emphasis on small. Highly recommended site for short stays with children. Only a few tourist pitches, often fully booked.Automatisk oversat.2 campere fandt denne bedømmelse hjælpsom.
