- Bernd T.august 2025Arrive and feel goodA very nice, quiet place. At least in the eastern corner towards the field and the forest where we were. Beautiful large plots separated by small hedges. This invites you to relax. The sanitary facilities are clean. The showers are big enough, tiled all round (no wooden barracks for once!) and laid out... in such a way that the checkroom doesn't get wet. No other campsite we've been to has managed this before. There is a small store that offers fresh bread rolls in the morning (to order) and also has various other foodstuffs (butter, cheese, yoghurt ....) in its range. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
We are always happy to stay here.
Only the strict lunch break from 12:30 - 14:30, during which the barriers remain closed and car traffic is completely prohibited, is no longer appropriate in my opinion.
There is also a daily overnight charge for dogs. However, there are no strategically placed poop bag stations, dog showers or other facilities for dogs.Automatisk oversat. - Uwe G.august 2025Beautiful campsite in the Lüneburg HeathAfter a very friendly welcome at reception, we found a beautifully situated campsite with pitches surrounded by hedges. The site offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, clean sanitary facilities, plenty of play equipment for kids and a small restaurant with a not so extensive menu but the food... was very tasty at a good price-performance ratio. From the campsite you can explore the beautiful Lüneburg Heath by bike. We can only recommend the campsite.Automatisk oversat.

Everyone knows how to behave and cleanliness seems to be the be-all and end-all on this site... Luckily my husband is so good at maneuvering...
The wash houses were extremely clean, and the showers were almost better than at home (original comment from our 14-year-old 😉)

The sanitary facilities were always clean and the shower cubicles were nice and big, so you could dry off properly and your clothes didn't get wet.
Delicious bread rolls in the morning. Very nice staff.
Restaurant on... the pitch, not big, but the food on offer was enough.
As we liked the peace and quiet on the site so much, we extended our stay for another day.
