No description mentions that Rheinstahl has a training ground right nearby. Being woken up every morning by explosions that make the trailer shake—and that go on all day long—is pretty annoying.
On vacation, you want to see something nice....
Our site at Holunderweg 12 (where the electricity actually worked just 3 hours after we arrived) had a long-term resident as a neighbor. The two RVs there were held together only by duct tape—dirty, with the windows completely taped shut—and everything was just falling apart. Unsightly!
The restroom facilities (always clean) were outdated; the restrooms had two sinks, one with hot water and one with cold. They still have that!
No mixer faucets, not even in the showers.
Maybe we’re too spoiled, but I really think a 5-star rating is inappropriate.
