Very pleasant welcome, quiet and restful campsite

What a wonderful week we had around Esparron! We were incredibly lucky with the weather, in this third week of September, and with most of the tourists gone, we were able to enjoy this beautiful region with a little more authenticity and calm.

The place is peaceful, the campsite is quiet. We were there in September, so there weren't many people around. We were very well received and could count on the people there to answer our questions.

The campsite is set well back from the first village (we didn't realize this when we booked).

Atmosphere and a mini-market

A calm and peaceful campsite, in the middle of nature, the young person who welcomed us was very friendly and smiling. We had the opportunity to reserve a table at the restaurant that evening, and we ate well,

The state of cleanliness of the bungalow is more than average (underpants under the bed, a card game under the living room table, dust under the furniture). The cleaning is obviously not done, and we were told very curtly on arrival that we would have to leave at 10am (although the website says 11am) to clean up. When we pointed this out, the receptionist who had been a little curt apologized and offered us a bottle of sparkling water and a glass of rosé. I personally found this accommodation very expensive.

Excellent welcome. Pleasant team! Our caravan site is very nice under the oak trees with half shade and half sun. Very clean sanitary facilities. Great atmosphere at the bar. Excellent theme evenings. Pleasant restaurant with excellent cuisine. Excellent pizzas. Very good initiative for ordering bread and pastries. The pétanque court, mini golf course and swings are great. The peace and quiet. We rested.

Restaurant closures would be good to remind customers of.

The stay went very well. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

The campsite is very well located, next to Lac d'Esparon and not far from Lac de Sainte-Croix. It's quiet, there's everything you need, the little bar is nice, and the family restaurant is also a must! clean site for a 2-night stay, it was great, and the manager is very friendly.

Nothing the campsite does not deserve these 3 stars the owners are not welcoming at all no exchange they did not accompany us to our location there is a plancha at 3 euro per hour a council if you pass by flee

Very poor reception from the moment we arrived. This campsite is not worth 3 stars, no entertainment as indicated on the site. Bad experience for us over 1 week.

The bar/restaurant area is very pleasant. The pitches are spacious and shady. We were very comfortable!

The campsite is very good, clean, shady. Family-friendly and it's great to see so many pitches for vans and tents. We were made very welcome by the whole family (owners). The homemade pizzas are excellent. I'd recommend it without hesitation for those who like simplicity.

We had a pleasant stay on a quiet, well-shaded campsite. The managers are very kind and considerate. The restaurant is good, with a simple but varied choice. I recommend this campsite.
