Schwerin isn’t far away, and Wismar is also easily accessible. The restroom facilities are new and clean. On the tent field, there are restrooms for quick stops and a place to wash dishes. The campground isn’t very large. The beach has lifeguards on duty. You can walk several meters into the water before it gets any deeper. So you can’t go for a walk along the water. Outside the beach area, a belt of reeds surrounds the lake. The tent field is located right next to the through road and is visible from the street.
