We are delighted that you found the campsite clean and comfortable... - and the great network of cycle paths in the region is a real highlight for anyone who likes to pedal.
We would like to give you a little feedback on the natural swimming pond: The water works according to a fully biological purification system - completely without chemicals. Especially in spring, nature works particularly intensively, which can sometimes lead to small visual irregularities on the surface. Of course, we are constantly making sure that it not only stays clean, but also looks good to the eye - we promise!
And don't worry: even if children are not the focus of our attention, we are all the more pleased about their open attitude - here, adults can simply enjoy their peace and quiet.
We hope we can welcome you back soon - perhaps with a dip in the clear water when summer really gets going?

Regarding your comments: Yes, we could really do with some scissors for the hedges... - you're right, that's already on the agenda. And on the subject of payment on the day of departure: We are already working on a solution that will be more relaxed for everyone (keyword: digital and contactless).
As for the activities - perhaps you simply missed them because you left a little earlier? Our new Zape pop-up bar opens its doors twice a week, for example, and at the jukebox evening there is nostalgic humming, swaying and occasionally dancing. Admittedly: Not quite like the old days, but maybe even a little better 😉

Our bread roll service and the small,... regional menu in the restaurant are deliberately designed to be honest, straightforward, fresh - and prepared with lots of love. Pre-ordering helps us to plan well as a small family business - and to serve our guests on time, without waiting times and in the best quality.
As far as the sanitary facilities are concerned, the all-in-one shower cubicles may not be to everyone's taste, but they are particularly hygienic, easy to clean and low-maintenance, which we really appreciate, especially at busy times. Nevertheless, we are already working on a new, more modern solution - because standing still is not our style. 😉

As far as the sanitary facilities are concerned: Yes, when the campsite is fully booked, it can get a bit cramped at peak times - that's why a second sanitary block for the rear area has been on our "wish list for the future" for some time. We very much hope that we will soon be able to realize this dream.
And yes - even if there are only adults on site, it doesn't always work with looking after yourself. We rely on consideration and would like to thank everyone who contributes to keeping things pleasant for everyone.

From the moment you call and arrive to the moment you leave, there is a warmth and friendliness that really comes across.
The site has become sensational with the old part, similar to an old park, the new part with a beautiful view... and the wonderful pond, which becomes a photo hotspot on Saturdays with the icing on the cake, the Zape.

Unfortunately we couldn't use the beautiful swimming pond due to the weather. We also didn't get to enjoy a sundowner from the Zape due to the weather. The reservation via live chat worked perfectly.
The sanitary rooms were kept in order by the nice cleaning staff, felt constantly.
