"Dream location on Lake Ossiach - family-friendly & comfortable - We only spent 2 short but wonderful days at Seecamping Berghof and can only warmly recommend the site! The location on the southern shore of Lake Ossiach is fantastic - you are right by the water, enjoy beautiful views and feel surrounded by nature without sacrificing comfort. Thanks to the terraced grounds, you often have a view of the lake, and the direct proximity to the lake makes the site special. The sanitary facilities are modern, very well maintained and are cleaned regularly - with lovely extras such as children's toilets and showers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, whether at reception or in the store. The campsite is ideal for families: playgrounds, leisure activities, a children's program and safe swimming areas ensure that the little ones are well occupied. The on-site restaurant and supermarket are also well-stocked and make your stay easier. Of course, there are also things you should know: The site is very popular in high season, which can lead to more activity, closer spacing and occasional waiting times in the sanitary facilities. In addition, not all areas are accessible to dogs, which can be a little inconvenient for dog owners, but is a very welcome solution for parents with small children. Conclusion: Seecamping Berghof is a wonderful place for anyone who wants to combine relaxation, nature and comfort. Families in particular feel at home here, but couples and active vacationers will also get their money's worth. If you are looking for a little more peace and quiet, you should come outside the high season - otherwise it is a campsite that we can recommend without reservation.

"Super campsite - We, my wife and I, were in Carinthia for the Bike-Week in Carinthia and didn't want all the hustle and bustle of Lake Faak. The campsite on Lake Ossiach was just right for us. Top place Very friendly staff Friendly camping neighbors We would love to come back

"Far too big and commercial - If you are looking for a campsite where large motorhomes and caravans are closely packed together and there is therefore no privacy, then this is the place for you. The campsite is extremely large, there are hardly any trees and you feel like you are being watched from all sides. The terraces are always opposite each other. I recommend the campsite for people over 60 who like to sit in front of their caravan all day and don't need to experience nature. No positive experience outside of this. Unfortunately, the lakeside road runs right next to the campsite and is unexpectedly busy. The only advantage is that the site is right on the lake, but so are other sites. The lake itself is unspectacular compared to the surrounding lakes. Hikes are possible on the other side of the lake, but even there the focus is on commerce (cable car to the summit + small funfair on the mountain). Not recommended for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts. Also very expensive!

"Another very nice camping vacation - It is simply a very nice campsite, which is also somewhat separated in terms of clientele due to its two "parts" - the west and east banks. While the west bank is where the action is, the east bank is a little more leisurely and quiet. The comfort pitches are really nice and large, you have plenty of space and the terrace location means you always have a view of the lake, unless there is an unnecessarily large motorhome in front of you. The restaurant is very good in terms of quality, last year there were some problems with the waiting times, we didn't notice that at all this year, the restaurant staff were very courteous and friendly. All in all - ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Seecamping Berghof is situated in the heart of Carinthia right next to the southern shore of Ossiacher See. It is just a short car ride to the busy shopping town of Villach. The comfortable campsite is surrounded by marvellous countryside …that hypnotises it´s visitors. Every single day is filled with swimming, sailing, surfing, water skiing, fishing, tennis, hiking, mountaineering, jogging, fun, social gatherings, new and exciting impressions as well as peace and nature. The entertainment programmes are full of surprises for both children, teens and adults. The various leisure time activities include survival training in the open countryside, heart-warming entertainment, gourmet specialities and a nature and adventure programme for the body and soul. You have the right to expect a lot from your holiday - you deserve it. Seecamping Berghof is a member of "Top Camping Austria", a company of 15 top camp sites in Austria. Outdoor camp, aqua-mountain-slide, aqua-jump-trampoline. Programmes to join in, Topi-children´s club with a Topi-Club-card and gold-, silver- and bronze medals at events for children as well as Indian festivals, documents and much more at Berghof-Kinderland. Dogs are allowed in low season.
