The house is sparse, but fully equipped.
Furthermore, a comprehensive breakfast offer from the adjacent restaurant is available for an extra charge. The house is situated on stilts, at a height of approx. 4 m. between the trees, with a view of Lake Senftenberg.... Access to the house is via a comfortable, normal staircase on the side of the house. The house itself has a small terrace where you can sit outside.
Canoes, paddle boats, pedal boats, motorized rafts and motorboats can be rented in the village itself. We felt very comfortable.Automatski prevedeno. - Simona E.august 2025PozitivnoA wonderful campsite for familiesNegativnoThere is noTop campingWe can only recommend the family park and harbor camp, we originally came to camp, but still asked if a wooden hut was still available and we were lucky and were able to spend 6 days at Senftenbergersee. There was a lot to do for my children (10 and 9 years old), there was a play park with mini golf,... a large playground, trampoline, indoor playground, a huge slide and much more, and of course the beautiful lake with sandy beach and everything was included for the camping guests. We rented bikes for the days because the site is really big. There are 3 restaurants and a small supermarket where you can really get everything you need for everyday life. The prices are also really reasonable. What I really recommend is to have cash with you, as you can't pay for many things by card and the nearest ATM is in Senftenberg. What we also really liked was that the park had a shuttle bus that you could use free of charge so you could see the whole area. If you come by public transport, it's best to book by Saturday as there are no buses on Sunday. The staff were all very nice and you really felt at home in the park. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Einen großen Minuspunkt gibt es für den benachbarten Campingplatz - dort ist absolutes Hundeverbot - das heißt, wir können mit unserem Hund nicht zum Strand, nicht in die dort ansässigen... Restaurants und auch nicht zum Einkaufen gehen. das ist sehr schade und völlig unnötig. The proximity to the water was important to us as we traveled with a kayak and SUP. A soccer pitch nearby and the use of mini golf and table tennis in the family park were very important to us. There are also sockets for charging an e-bike battery. It is also very convenient that insect screens have been fitted in the windows and doors. The sanitary building is modern and clean. Only the number of toilets (3 on the men's side) turns out to be too few at peak times.

From online booking to departure, everything went without a hitch. It was even possible to change the dates at short notice without any problems. A very nice place, well booked despite the high season but... not overcrowded. The staff are very friendly and helpful. For shopping, cultural, sporting and culinary interests, the neighboring family park, the village of Großkoschen and the aquapark are easy to use. The family park has a large and varied children's playground including an indoor area.
