Quiet, neat campsite. Hot water.

Toilet paper missing. Grass was very long.

The site was really quiet when I stayed there, which was lovely. There was loads of space around the van which was great to allow my dog the freedom to wander a little.. The location is beautiful nestled in between the canal and the river on the edge of a lovely little town.

The only thing I could think of was the grass was a little bit too long? But it was at the end of the season.

The pitches are spacious, with beautiful trees and nice play areas for children and adults

Very good

The peacefulness of the campsite and its location. The kindness of the staff and the fact that they take care of everything.

We rented 3 two-bedroom MHs, we got the most unsanitary one. It would be rented on Airbnb it would barely have one star.... We had an MH in poor condition very dirty curtains and fabrics. Smell of tobacco and other things very, very unpleasant. It caused my son to have coughing fits, which he doesn't have at home. The air in the MH was polluted +++. We received no compensation other than an apology. Maybe we should have asked (but I would have liked them to offer either a 3-bedroom MH rental for a weekend (2 nights) out of season (summer) in the campsite, or an exceptional promotion).

Town was quiet enjoyable but the campground was disappointing

Grass cutting machine is obviously broken. Toilets and showers are in need of a little upgrade. They are basically good but need better lighting and new doors. Lack of regular cleaning is disappointing. The roadway was full of quite deep holes full of muddy water. This could be a brilliant site with a little maintenance and care. I genuinely do not like writing poor reviews and normally give good reviews

The tent

Lovely campsite right by the Loire very peaceful and short walk into the pretty town of Briare le Canal. Lovely hot water to wash the dishes. Reception staff were great and friendly

Toilets clean and tidy but a little warn

Generally very excellent staff!

The grass is a real problem throughout. It needs cutting and a heavy roll. Each morning very wet and making an absolute mess to my outfit. Pitches need better identification, other users just walking through the pitch. Also, although I understand the income that the resident workers bring, but quite unsettling with the large groups. After all it is a holiday camp!
