The kindness of the staff and the fact that they take care of everything.NegatiivsedWe rented 3 two-bedroom MHs, we got the most unsanitary one. It would be rented on Airbnb it would barely have one star.... We had an MH in poor condition very dirty curtains and fabrics. Smell of tobacco and other things very, very unpleasant. It caused my son to have coughing fits, which he doesn't have at home. The air in the MH was polluted +++. We received no compensation other than an apology. Maybe we should have asked (but I would have liked them to offer either a 3-bedroom MH rental for a weekend (2 nights) out of season (summer) in the campsite, or an exceptional promotion).MixedI didn't like anything about the MH. Concerning toilet... paper, this was an oversight on our part and we apologize for it. As for the hot water, the gas cylinder was indeed empty, which we unfortunately couldn't anticipate. However, these two problems could have been resolved quickly if we had been informed of them during your stay.
Finally, we would like to remind you for your next visits that the cleaning package is not included in the rental price. We therefore ask you to remove the sheets, wash the dishes and empty the garbage cans before you leave.
