- CLCédric L.august 2026PozitivnoHello, We’ve been coming to your campground for several years now, and we’ve always loved it. This year, however, we were disappointed. The mobile home wasn’t very clean (cobwebs, missing cutlery, glasses, etc., clothes pins, and a dirty shower). We ran out of hot water, and there were hornets on the patio every evening (though I do want to point out that the maintenance staff was very responsive). It’s a shame there weren’t many activities either, compared to before. The snack bar wasn’t very welcoming. It’s a shame—there are other things that need to be addressed as well.NegativnoThe staff's attitude when we ask for something—one of the two ladies is great, but the other isn't, which is a shame. We were planning to come back for a weekend (as a couple) or something else, but now we're having second thoughts. Keep in mind there were six of us.VACATIONThe Setting of Les Arbres Campground; The Campground LayoutAutomatski prevedeno.Nijedan kamper još nije označio ovu ocjenu korisnom. Budite prvi!

- SLSara L.august 2026PozitivnoThe campsites are nice and there is some shade. The snack bar outside the campground is excellent and open all day. There, you can order bread and pastries for the next day. It is not part of the campground, but the staff are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful.NegativnoThe restrooms need updating—they’re dark and dingy! Electricity and Wi-Fi cost extra upon arrival and are relatively expensive. There’s no communal refrigerator. The check-in staff were indifferent. No site information or map was provided at check-in (e.g., locations of the restroom block and laundry facilities) or details about the tokens needed for the laundry, which must be purchased at the office—which is often closed! This is a family campground, so the pool is often full of children, and there are noisy entertainment events and activities most evenings. During our month of camping through Greece, France, and Italy, this was our least favorite campground.Nice location, supermarket nearbyThe campsite was a good size, with water and electricity available nearby. There was some shade.Automatski prevedeno.Odgovoreno od Camping Clair Matin 23. august 2026Dear Sara,
Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We are pleased that you appreciated the size and shade of your pitch, as well as the welcome and service at our snack bar.
A few points may be useful to clarify. Electricity and Wi-Fi options are clearly displayed and selected... when booking online, while small individual fridges are available to rent rather than providing a communal fridge.
Our sanitary facilities are maintained and progressively renovated, with recent painting and refurbishment work carried out in the central block. On arrival, our team personally accompanies guests to their pitch and explains the main facilities and services available on site.
August is naturally our liveliest family period, with more activities and children around the campsite, while quiet hours are restored from 11 p.m. For guests looking for greater privacy, a limited number of more secluded pitches can also be requested, subject to availability.
We are sorry that our welcome did not leave you with the impression we usually strive to offer, but we thank you for your detailed feedback, which helps us continue improving the experience of our guests.

- EFEtienne F.august 2026PozitivnoA warm welcome from the lovely staff. Setting up is easy, and you can even borrow electrical equipment. The pool is a big plus in the summer. Large, well-equipped restroom facilities. I’m not sure if it’s run by the campground, but the snack bar at the entrance is really great—both in terms of service and the quality of the food!NegativnoSuggestions for improvement: - Extended pool hours in the summer—for example, in the evening—perhaps with a “quiet hours” system to preserve the peace and quiet for nearby residents and offer a more peaceful experience at the facility later in the day. - Adjustable water temperature in the showers (especially useful during heat waves)Convenient, fun, and in a great locationGood, large enough, shaded areaAutomatski prevedeno.Odgovoreno od Camping Clair Matin 23. august 2026Hello Étienne,
Thank you so much for this very detailed feedback and the wonderful rating of 9.67/10 😊
We’re delighted that you enjoyed our team’s hospitality, your shaded spot, the restrooms, and the pool. We’ll also be happy to pass along your special mention to the snack bar team!
Thank you also... for your very constructive suggestions. The idea of quieter times at the pool in the late afternoon is interesting, as is the possibility of arranging to borrow an adapter or extension cord at the time of booking. As for the showers, their temperature settings have since been adjusted to improve comfort, especially during hot weather.
Thank you again for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back to Clair Matin 🌿

We’re delighted that you enjoyed the peace and quiet, the comfort of your mobile home, as well as the pool and the amenities offered at the campground.
We’ve also taken note of your comment regarding... the plastic outdoor furniture, the sturdiness of which can indeed vary depending on the model. This type of feedback is helpful to us as we gradually update our facilities.

Thank you so much for this wonderful rating of 9.73/10 and for your very detailed feedback 🌿
We’re delighted that you enjoyed the lush green surroundings, the comfort of your accommodations, the terrace, and the family-friendly atmosphere of the campground.
Regarding the light visible... from the living room, this is a mandatory safety light that must remain on at night. However, we’ve taken note of your comment about the blackout curtains, especially when the living room beds are in use, and we’ll look into this carefully.
Thank you also for your idea of a dedicated space for activities, designed to blend naturally with the site: an interesting suggestion that we’ll keep in mind.
We look forward to welcoming you and your family back to Clair Matin 😊
