The mobile home wasn’t very clean (cobwebs, missing cutlery, glasses, etc., clothes pins, and a dirty shower). We ran out of hot water, and there were hornets on the patio every evening (though I do want to point out that the maintenance staff was very responsive). It’s a shame there weren’t many activities either, compared to before. The snack bar wasn’t very welcoming. It’s a shame—there are other things that need to be addressed as well.NegativaThe staff's attitude when we ask for something—one of the two ladies is great, but the other isn't, which is a shame. We were planning to come back for a weekend (as a couple) or something else, but now we're having second thoughts. There, you can order bread and pastries for the next day. Electricity and Wi-Fi cost extra upon arrival and are relatively expensive. There’s no communal refrigerator. The check-in staff were indifferent. No site information or map was provided at check-in (e.g., locations of the restroom block and laundry facilities) or details about the tokens needed for the laundry, which must be purchased at the office—which is often closed! This is a family campground, so the pool is often full of children, and there are noisy entertainment events and activities most evenings. During our month of camping through Greece, France, and Italy, this was our least favorite campground.Nice location, supermarket nearbyThe campsite was a good size, with water and electricity available nearby. Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We are pleased that you appreciated the size and shade of your pitch, as well as the welcome and service at our snack bar.
A few points may be useful to clarify. Electricity and Wi-Fi options are clearly displayed and selected... when booking online, while small individual fridges are available to rent rather than providing a communal fridge.
Our sanitary facilities are maintained and progressively renovated, with recent painting and refurbishment work carried out in the central block. On arrival, our team personally accompanies guests to their pitch and explains the main facilities and services available on site.
August is naturally our liveliest family period, with more activities and children around the campsite, while quiet hours are restored from 11 p.m. For guests looking for greater privacy, a limited number of more secluded pitches can also be requested, subject to availability.
We are sorry that our welcome did not leave you with the impression we usually strive to offer, but we thank you for your detailed feedback, which helps us continue improving the experience of our guests.

Thank you also... for your very constructive suggestions. The idea of quieter times at the pool in the late afternoon is interesting, as is the possibility of arranging to borrow an adapter or extension cord at the time of booking. As for the showers, their temperature settings have since been adjusted to improve comfort, especially during hot weather.

Regarding the light visible... from the living room, this is a mandatory safety light that must remain on at night. However, we’ve taken note of your comment about the blackout curtains, especially when the living room beds are in use, and we’ll look into this carefully.
