The site is perfect for this. As we arrived in the evening, it was good that we had reserved our pitch. Unfortunately, the lighting was partially defective or non-existent and there were autumn leaves on the pitch numbers, so we had slight problems finding the pitch. Apart from that, everything was great, especially the friendly and helpful operators should be emphasized. Camping the way it used to be. No frills, without the flair of a club vacation or wellness temple. Simple sanitary facilities, but ALWAYS clean. Reception always very friendly. Despite the western town directly opposite, a very quiet site with generally friendly permanent and vacation campers. Most pitches at ground level with gravel. You rarely have to make any major adjustments. Pitches are large enough. 7m caravan, incl. awning and pickup next to it no problem.
Very beautifully situated, quiet and idyllic.
Ideal... for a visit to the western town.
In 2 min. by car at various discounters. Good shopping facilities in Eging. 20 min. to Passau.
This was our sixth time here. We are planning 2 more visits this year. We only stayed in the upper old sanitary facilities (there are more modern ones at the bottom of the site), simple, clean and functional. Staff very nice. Booking, paying, etc ... simple & uncomplicated! The site is beautifully laid out in terraces. Pitches are mixed in terms of surface. Partly natural soil/lawn, or covered with coarse gravel (I personally prefer this 😉) Sanitary facilities are classic/simple and always clean! With 2 wash houses on site, there's always enough free space (and we've also been here when it's busy in summer). You can order bread rolls until 6pm the day before - great!!! I think the price is more than OK! We are already looking forward to our next visit!Olumsuz yanlarıNot a disadvantage, rather a suggestion... The place is perfectly fine, everything clean and tidy. The reception staff were very friendly. The only major drawback is that all the toilet lids are missing. So when you flush, bacteria spread throughout the toilet cubicle. This is not only disgusting,... but also a health hazard! Take a look at videos of flush tests without lids on the internet.
