While thousands of vacationers flock to the beaches of the major Baltic seaside resorts in the summer months, Börgerende... is a more tranquil place.
The pleasant climate is characterized by unspoilt nature, the sea and fields.
The Baltic seaside resorts of Warnemünde can be reached in less than an hour, or in the other direction via Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn.
The equipment of the CP leaves nothing to be desired. But it has nothing to do with the campsite. It had no disadvantages for me...Comfortable and well-maintained campsite not far from the Baltic SeaFriendly welcome and great pitch without prior booking! There is plenty of campsite staff to keep everything tidy and clean. The wash house is huge and very modern. It was always clean! It's a two-minute walk to the beach, so it's in a great location. You can cycle, walk and hike very well in the surrounding... area. Warnemünde and Kühlungsborn are very close by. Despite the fact that the site is quite large, it was always quiet in the evenings and at night. Each pitch is parceled out and equipped with electricity and water! This did not work out despite clear requests. However, it would have been feasible without any problems in terms of space allocation.Highly recommendedI can highly recommend the campsite. Very good opportunities for cycling and running. It is quite centrally located between Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde near Bad Doberan, which are all very easy to reach by bike.
The very new-looking wash house is very inviting and always clean, showering does not cost extra.

Shower time per "pass", then 5 min break.
Extra toilets and extra washbasins in the sanitary building, some of which are cubicles. Extra slippers required for showering. Street shoes go on the shelf....
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Mowing work was only carried out in the morning.
The garbage yard is very clear, clean and tidy. Next to the reception building there is a large children's playground, behind it a Greek restaurant and at the back a store with a very good range and long opening hours, fresh baked goods, coffee, drinks, grilled meat, butter... and everything else the camper needs.
We would love to come back. We would particularly like to emphasize the consistently friendly and helpful staff - from the warm welcome... at reception by the lovely ladies to the extremely friendly groundsman, who even does his rounds in the evening and is always ready to answer questions or have a chat.
The sanitary facilities are absolutely top-notch: modern, heated, very clean and decorated with great attention to detail - this creates a really inviting and cozy atmosphere. I have one comment about the electricity consumption. It would be good if you could see the meter reading yourself on arrival and departure. I paid €17 for 3 nights and our friends paid €1.65.
