Dogs are prohibited on the beach and the paved shore. The described dog beach was not to be found (not signposted). There were two large separate areas for dogs to run around. Overall not recommended for a vacation with a dog.

It's a shame that the tent no longer exists. It somehow belonged to the campsite. The toilet blocks are very clean and the facilities are great. I don't really like the new dishwashers because visitors and users of the machines step on each other's feet in... the entrance area. I find the use of e-scooters and e-bikes on the campsite really bad, as they are already racing with motorists. Their use has become massively excessive and I no longer feel safe. We also found it totally relaxed as the children were able to move around freely and were always able to do something nice. In the evening it was always very nice. Handyman very quick and good when needed. Internet is available but sometimes very slow. This is a hindrance if you want to look at the plan with... activities, as these are only available in the app. Localities are available, unfortunately there is only pasta and pizza in the pizzeria, and the prices in the restaurant Seeblick are too high. The supply column for electricity, water etc. is on the neighboring pitch and is completely overgrown.
A pigeon plague on the Gesantenplatz.
A heated pool is advertised. The pool was mega cold. The Baltic Sea... was much warmer. Even our boys didn't want to go in the pool and they are used to a lot.
Underfloor heating in the showers far too hot The children burnt their feet.
The place has clearly deteriorated compared to 2023.

Everything is covered in droppings on the pitch with a tree. So be careful. Bird nests even in the sanitary area are not removed. TT plate old. Bistro only fast food. Pool is a large paddling pool. However, we would not give the site 5 stars compared to other campsites. Unfortunately, there is a large renovation backlog, the bathrooms and especially the men's toilet, the chemical toilet,... dog bath were not cleaned often enough. The dog playground was not maintained at all and very dilapidated. Overall, the place made a rather unkempt and neglected impression. The notices on the information boards at the service buildings are yellowed. There is campsite equipment everywhere on the paths. The pitches are not checked - there are sometimes up to three vehicles on one pitch (!) and no supervisor or security service notices... (e.g. on 277). There is toilet paper piss on the ground for days in front of the disposal stations for the automatic disposers for a fee - nobody cares.
Somehow you get the feeling of being on a mediocre to below-mediocre site - the special, the/a 5 star area: no. İlk Sen ol! - Bianka A.juli 2025Unfortunately, I was not enthusiasticThe pitch we were standing on was not nice at all. Everything was very unkempt. The pitch was crooked and bent with various holes. And an awful lot of gravel, no grass.
We came with a dog, which costs a whopping €9 a day in high season.
I really don't know why, especially as dogs are only allowed on... the site. Yes, there is a dog shower and a few dispensers for poop bags. But that doesn't justify €9.
The gastronomy and the snack bar on the campsite cannot be recommended either.
The whole entertainment area is unfortunately very unkempt.
Unfortunately there were only 2 showers in the wash house near us, so you have to queue. However, the showers are really nice and spacious.
I also thought the crockery area was great, there were even dishwashers.
I found it a bit difficult to cycle from the campsite. The path is far too narrow. Many people also have a bicycle trailer. I also find it too narrow for wheelchair users.

Even when selecting the pitch on the homepage, everything was clearly laid out and it was quick to choose a suitable pitch.
We received a friendly welcome at reception. We also liked the fact that there was a sufficient selection of fresh bread rolls in the morning, as well as the evening... entertainment, whether you join in or not.
Burg is easy to reach by bike. The proximity to the golf course will be the reason for our next visit.
