The location directly on Lake Millstadt with a view of the mountains is really beautiful. The sanitary facilities are very comfortable and always clean, no matter how full the site is. You have a great view. Everything is clean and well maintained.
The sanitary facilities are super clean and plentiful.
Showers included in the price. The best thing I found was that you also have a washbasin in your shower cubicle. That's really great.... There are lots of services included, from Wi-Fi to go-karts for children and an infrared cabin. The price/performance ratio is excellent.
It also accepts ACSI - even at Easter, Whitsun and Christmas.
Shopping facilities right next door, as well as various restaurants.

The pitches are spacious and can all be selected at the same price in the low season.
The site is open all year round.
However, the adjacent supermarket is only open from May to September and the nearest supermarket (Spar) is over 2 km away. The restaurants... in the village are almost all closed in March.
There is free WiFi throughout the site.

The view is just great.
The Brunner team is very friendly and gives good advice.
Autumn really has its charm here.
It's not far from here to go on mountain tours.

The pitches on the narrow side are not separated by any greenery.
Online reservation. "ACSI card" clicked here. Telephone call for queries. Question from us: "Which pitches are sunny"? Answer: "All our pitches... are sunny".
Arrival one day before the weather changes. Request to shorten our reservation with the payment of cancellation fees and retention of the deposit. No chance. "A reservation is a reservation."
When the invoice was issued, we had to refer to the ACSI card again. This is apparently not stored in the system.
The pitch that was confirmed to us was still occupied when we arrived because the guest had decided to stay an extra night. "Either you look for a completely different pitch or you move tomorrow". "And if you buy the Kärnten Card, you won't even notice the bad weather. There are so many things you can do".
Yes, the conditions for canceling and reserving a seat are transparent. However, it would be nice if a solution could be found for cancelations that would satisfy both the CP and the guest.
One more comment on the "sunny pitches" and the "Kärnten Card":
We were on the pitch from September 08. When the sun did shine, the rear pitches, i.e. the ones facing the road, only got sun around midday.
We went to a tourist information office for advice on the Kärnten Card. The friendly lady there said that she didn't want to put us off buying it, but in view of the weather forecast (rain/snow) she didn't think it would be worthwhile for us. The Kärnten Card pays off for the guest mainly through the use of the mountain railroads and boat trips. Unfortunately, the weather during your stay did not play along as you and we would have liked. You had booked online. Arrival and departure dates are binding for bookings. The ACSI rate is also stored at OLB (the ACSI special rate is displayed),... but the rate without ACSI is confirmed to you because the ACSI special rate is dependent on the presentation of a valid ACSI. Consequently, YOU simply have to present the ACSI at check-in and it will be taken into account, just as we did with you. Pitches are always confirmed for bookings subject to the allocation of another pitch of the same/next higher category. We cannot make any binding statements about pitches in the shade or sun, as this depends on too many factors. When you checked in, we gave you extensive information material about the Kärnten Card (thick brochure with 126 free excursion destinations and other bonus partners, prices, overview map, etc.). The 2-week card would have cost you € 78.00/night and person. If you make a price comparison with the costs for individual entries, you will see that the 2-week ticket is already worthwhile between 3 - 4 excursions. If you deduct the 17 (boat trips + mountain railroads + mountain roads) from 126 excursion destinations, that still leaves 109 other excursion destinations. However, YOU have decided against the Kärnten Card. We can only inform you. We have now been here for 7 days.
The pitches are nice and big and we were able to change our pitch as there wasn't much occupancy. Thank you for that.
The showers and toilets were always clean.
A big plus in the showers are the shower partitions,... which meant that the dressing area always stayed dry.
Access to the lake is easy to reach from every pitch.
There is also a lovely sunbathing lawn, but unfortunately we couldn't use it as it was too cold in October.
