Perfect for relaxing and unwinding, or for active vacationers (water sports, hiking, biking, running/jogging, fishing, volleyball, soccer, table tennis). A special feature is the wildlife on the grounds (ducks, geese, wild geese, hares, sheep,... and pigs). The restrooms are perfectly fine, and the little shop sells delicious cakes and organic ice cream. You can pre-order bread rolls, and showers are included. I thought it was really great that someone personally showed me to my assigned spot. Everyone was super friendly. The campground is right on the lake, with several docks and swimming spots—including one for dogs. This year, we stayed in one of those barrels and were very satisfied. It’s definitely spacious enough for two people. The campground is wonderful, with its friendly staff.... From there, we took our Canadian canoe straight out onto the narrow Luzin River. Simply fantastic. Great location: shopping and restaurants are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Beautiful hiking, biking, and walking trails. Close to enchanting places. And everything is right here... at the campground: animals and an attractive playground for the kids, a swimming area with a shallow shore, canoe and kayak rentals, a ball game area located a bit further back (so it doesn’t disturb anyone), a small shop with fresh baked goods and cakes (very tasty), and a snack bar. When we arrived, we were given all the necessary information and personally shown to our campsite. The campsite was a great size, and the walk to the restrooms was very short. Fresh bread rolls... every day and a nice little supermarket with friendly staff put a smile on my face every morning. There’s a wonderful sense of peace on the campground; aside from the sounds of nature, you could hardly hear a thing. With the warm weather, we loved spending plenty of time at the swimming spots to cool off.
