The staff were very friendly and always helpful.
The only thing that’s a bit of a pain is the booking system for recreational activities. You have to book by 10:00 a.m. for the next day. Otherwise, you won’t have a chance to do anything.
And there are clearly not enough restrooms in the new, large washhouse. It gets crowded regularly! As we were unable to transport the bikes (including a cargo bike and an e-bike worth €8,000), we asked to leave them in a secure parking space for a short time. We were rigorously refused. To lack any empathy and support in such an extreme situation with children is an absolute human disappointment.
