"Great surroundings for children, campsite not recommended. - Lots of potential, but not being used. Unfortunately, no money is being invested in proper sanitary facilities to bring them up to scratch. A presumably external cleaning company comes by once a day for a wipe-down and that's it. I've never experienced this at any of the campsites I've visited. The only good thing is the beach and the area for children to play. We definitely won't be back. There are much better and nicer places. Electricity is charged uncontrollably. You also can't reserve a pitch. The site was probably left in the 80s and has not developed any further. Waste disposal only possible for one hour a day. Garbage cans downstairs were not emptied in 4 days. Everything overfilled.

"Very nice campsite right on the Baltic Sea. - The reception is extremely friendly. The team is competent and helps with all questions and in every situation. The pitches are well maintained and large enough for caravans, awnings and cars, with electricity and water available on site. The sanitary facilities are clean and available in sufficient numbers. There is a restaurant on the site, a small store with everything you need, including a bread roll service, plenty of opportunities to dispose of waste etc.. The site is located directly on the Baltic Sea, next to the Weissenhäuser Strand vacation complex with many other leisure activities for the whole family. We always like to come back.

"Simple but good - Basically a campsite where you can spend a few days. The shower tokens are probably the biggest point of criticism. If you have to pay extra for hot showers, then the showers have to be much more comfortable than standard. The restaurant basically offers everything. From snacks to fish and gyros. However, a lot of frozen food is obviously used here. You can eat the schnitzel and burgers well, but we don't recommend the pizza. But the prices are reasonable.

"Beautiful vacation - A great campsite, the location is great and also the peace and quiet on the site. They make an effort to keep the site clean and you can tell. Waste disposal is only possible Mon-Fri 10.00 -11.00... At the weekend there is a time slot in the afternoon. I would like to I don't want to have to pay attention to times when I take out the garbage. The quality of the restaurant is very good and the value for money is also very good. One of the two wash houses has been modernized and the other is still being done. Entertainment program for children is on site (swimming pool, indoor playground, playgrounds, bowling, arcade, etc.). In summary, we will be back - a great place for families.

"Rating campsite Triangel - We have been coming here for years and are always very satisfied. The campers are nice to deal with and the manager is always helpful, the sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is also very good and the prices are reasonable. We will be happy to come again.

Our site has been awarded 5 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV). Camping Triangel is located directly by the dunes and the white Baltic Sea beach in the Hohwacht Bay. Covering approx. 12 hectares, our eco-friendly campsite (ECOCAMPING, EMAS …certified) is the perfect holiday spot for both short-term and long-term campers, for families and seniors alike. If you’re looking for relaxation without giving up entertainment or sports, you’ll feel right at home here. Holidays from the very first moment – without compromise. As one of the most modern campsites on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein, we offer a relaxing vacation in a well-kept environment and stunning natural surroundings right by the sea. Our guests have access to around 700 pitches, each with electricity, fresh water, and wastewater connections. A Baltic Sea holiday means variety. For a few days each year, live directly by the sea, walk along soft white sand past the dunes and soak up the sun. While children fly kites or splash in the shallow water, you can go surfing, sailing – or simply unwind in a beach chair and enjoy the Baltic Sea atmosphere. On foot or by bike, explore Hohwacht Bay and experience nature at its best.
