FOR ME, EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

Warm and welcoming team, very clean premises, human size, perfect for a stay with our young children!

An access path to the river for children

Had a wonderful vacation at le Castelet for the 2nd time. Fine and incredibly clean small-scale camping.

A warm welcome and clean premises!

We found a clean, welcoming and quiet campsite. The sanitary facilities are spotless, and the pitches are spacious. There's a snack bar that requires a reservation (outside service), otherwise drinks and ice creams are available. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. Access to the river is easy and the place is magical. The pool is beautiful.

Greater clarity for snack service

- small and orderly campground aimed at families with children up to about 10 years. - clean sanitary facilities and well maintained campsite. - friendly and helpful owners. - even in high season never had to wait for a shower / toilet / washroom. - Pool is heated, so even on cooler days swimming is a treat. - Dutch animation, because of the small scale of the campsite the kids are quickly recognized. - After 20:30 there is no more animation and the campsite becomes very quiet. With smaller kids was very nice for us

- the public address system through which animation or your order is announced is not always easy to hear in the outer areas.

The entertainment (Louise does a great job), the pool, the clean sanitary facilities and the surroundings

What we missed was a small menu at the little bar. A sandwich or snack/patty

Urinals at all toilet buildings. Water for dishes not hot enough.

Everything is very well cared for and lovingly maintained. Perfect place with young children. Nice playground, swimming pool, green and clear grounds

Closing the pool a little later?

A cozy little campground with very friendly staff. Everything was nicely cleaned several times a day. We had a large place with lots of shade. Very suitable for young children. At night it was also nice and quiet at 10pm every time. Trip with the train that runs right past the campsite is well worth it. Swimming pool is heated, paddling pool and splash area not. We were there during a heat wave, so the water was fine. We had a nice summer vacation there!

The only pity is that by the river that is right next to the campsite, there is not really an opportunity to lie down. It's all rocks, so not really a beach.... well a bit further on, but then you have to walk quite a bit and also through the water. A piece of sand/lying beach would have made it perfect.

Spacious sites, enough shade for us, everything neat and tidy.

Lots of sand on the stones by the river so you can lie there and plow in the river. Now our grandchildren could only throw pebbles there and I watched a bit on a stone. Too bad. The pool could have been open longer for us during the heat wave. Until late at night 30 degrees, then swimming would still be nice.

Friendly campsite with lots of entertainment for the kids (3 & 6 years). Clear swimming pool, nice river at the campsite and a cozy terrace. Great vacation thanks to the friendly staff.

Fine atmosphere in the campground.

On Our Tripp to Spain we stayed 2 nights.very nice little Camping at a small River. Nice Pool an playground for the Kids. Small Bar with nice personel. We will visit again!

Perhaps one or two higher toilets for less painful knees ( for seniors)
