Hospitality, helpfulness...Minimalist, easy. proximity to several smaller lakes makes the location great. 1,5km away from the city center
Stopover 1 week
Before our actual stay in a vacation home, we made a stopover at Hjelmsjö Camping. Without prior booking and shortly before Middsommar, we were welcomed in a friendly and open manner. We were even invited for coffee and cake at Middsommar.

no electricity Old sanitary facilities
Ok for one night
This was an emergency campsite for us and will remain so. Meadow for camping relatively small and WITHOUT electricity. The sanitary facilities were further up by the mini golf course. The condition was poor and there were very few of them. So nothing for demanding campers. And for this general condition,... the site was also quite expensive. The lake could not be reached from the campsite for swimming, no idea how far it was to the bathing area. Shopping facilities about 3km away.
