Small area. Only 4 male + 4 female toilets for 40+ camp places.
Same for showers.

The bungalows could be nice - very shady, close to Valencia

On the country road. For a small bus 25 euros in the low season - no electricity on the adjacent pitches. Ancient, rusty washing machines. No sunny pitches - pure shade. Ladies toilets stink, clean but bad smell.
Simple
Would not come here again - extremely poor price performance itself - no electricity for tents and mini campers, no toilet paper

Pitches rather cramped, sanitary facilities are very basic but clean. The restaurant wasn't that great.
Good location for visiting Valencia
The location close to Valencia is good. Valencia is easily accessible by bus or bike. The beautiful beach is close by. Only over the road and a bit through the forest. The beautiful l`Albufera lagoon is also easily accessible by bike. Very worth seeing and Valencia is worth visiting for several days. Very nice city and not overcrowded. Nearby is a road and a car racing track, it is sometimes not so quiet.
