Not quite by the sea, but close enough
The campsite is about 5 minutes by car from the sea, 15 to 20 minutes by bike. The sanitary facilities are ok, but unfortunately nothing more. Equally unfortunate is the behavior of the many dog owners: most of them don't use a lead and don't have a plastic bag for the dog mess. There is nothing to buy... in Bias apart from a bakery. The nearest shop is in Mimizan, 5 to 10 minutes by car. The supermarket at the campsite is reasonably well stocked. The cycle path in the coastal forest is worthwhile for cyclists.

In the middle of the forest
This beautiful municipal is located about 1o km from the coast and the beautiful beach. Mobile homes, rental tents and permanent campers are nicely separated. In September we had plenty of space to recover from Mayotte. The sanitary facilities were functional and very clean. The reception was very friendly... and professional. Unfortunately, the supermarket was already closed and there was no shopping in Bias either. We used the site for very nice bike tours and hikes. The beach is also very easy to get to by bike. We felt extremely comfortable and would love to come back.
