Location, friendliness Beach was not yet prepared, but we were there in March. Think from then on it will be very nice on the beach. Sanitary building clean and warm. Small supermarket with the essentials. Otherwise several markets not far away. Very quiet location.

The toilet facilities in the rear part of the campsite are getting on in years, for us it had the charm of the early 70s. WC partly only one hole

The place is very large and divided into 3 parts we were there in June and at that time not everything was open again (eg pool) There are many permanent campers.

Enjoyment in winter
We came across this campsite by chance. And we were thrilled! It's open all year round except for 6 weeks in Jan/Feb, and the restaurant is even open during the Christmas vacations. The campsite is right next to the newly developed marina in Cecina. You can be in the center of Cecina in 15 minutes by... bike. The CP is also being expanded. A new part of the site was built in 2014, with many mobile homes and some particularly large pitches. There is also a pool there. However, there will only be shade there in a few years when the trees have grown. Then it's on to the 2nd part of the site in the tall pine forest. The 3rd pitch is closest to the beach and the pitches are separated by hedges. A small door leads to the sandy beach. Despite the adjacent marina, the sea looks very clean at the moment. There are 5 sanitary buildings, all of which look very well maintained. One of them is heated and therefore now open. It is checked daily, but only cleaned when necessary. Everything is very clean. The restaurant is highly recommended. At the moment there is the recommendation of the boss, and drinks, beer only from the bottle, which is of course different during the season. It is difficult to say whether we would come here in summer, as about half of the site is reserved for permanent campers, but in winter it is really recommended.
