Nice on the lake and very few people. Close to stores. Quickly in Lugano by train and free of charge.

Not everything open, but the normal price. They could be a bit more accommodating. The showers are also getting on in years, it was the same last year and the shelves for shower gel and so on should be fitted properly. They should simply replace one or two things for the price. But the staff are nice and always there for you if you need anything.

The sanitary facilities are good and are cleaned regularly.

Dog owners are not welcome among the permanent campers, you are immediately insulted in the worst possible way, even if the dog just wants to smell the flower pot. They think the site belongs to them. The access roads are also very narrow for large, 8 m long motorhomes. The surface for our pitch is water, mud and gravel. Where we could not lay a carpet. This is called a premium pitch. For 2 people and a small dog for 94.20 sfr We will not be back.

Location Friendliness of the staff Good system for late arrivals

None

exclusive pitches directly on the lake, otherwise the lake can be reached quickly from all pitches. clean sanitary facilities and leisure facilities (tennis, playground, pool)

Price board a bit unfortunate, 22 chf is advertised, but there are still person price, tourist tax, electricity flat rate etc., which we ended up with a price of 106 chf for 2 nights.

Good location - directly on the lake Pool

Sanitary facilities are unhygienic Staff unfriendly BSP: We arrived, asked for a pitch - booked. -> extra pitch near the lake. As soon as we unpacked, we learned from the neighbors that the lake is infested with blue-green algae. -> would have been worth knowing when booking In the restaurant we tried to order in Italian (broken, of course). Only until we were noticed (although there were hardly any people present) did we pass by several times. Then made no effort to speak at least slowly... - At the reception she spoke German - really great - but so quietly (through the still existing Corona glass) that we had to ask several times. - The campsite is also not secured by a code/key or similar. The gate simply opens at the push of a button. All in all - a pity, but we definitely won't be back

Location Large pool Value for money Efficient booking process No extra payment for showering

Nothing

Clean sanitary facilities, free public transport throughout the canton of TI, very friendly staff

Restaurant: not so inviting, food gave the impression of frozen food...

The proximity to public transportation that takes you everywhere

Old sanitary facilities as they have always been. We were there for the first time 20 years ago and nothing has been renewed since then

Clean sanitary facilities. Beautiful lake.

Very restless in the evening and loud depending on the location.

Very friendly and helpful reception. The pitches near the lake (VIP or Premium) are worth it, nice pool.

The outdoor sanitary building is quite outdated and some of the showers have little water. The lights in the showers in the indoor sanitary block should stay on longer in the evening when it gets dark. If you are not careful, you will soon find yourself in the dark.

Close to the lake and public transport, so every excursion destination is easily accessible, good location and infrastructure with its own pool and boat harbor. In Ticino, the Ticino Card is a great advantage over other cantons.

The nearby airport didn't bother me too much, the planes aren't that big, in the morning and evening the air traffic is at a good time.

Very nice place right on the lake

- Unfortunately nowhere in times of Corona Disinfectant - Outdated sanitary facilities - 1 soap dispenser for 6 washbasins - Tennis court outdated and not maintained

Reservation without problems, reception and briefing friendly and good, sanitary facilities at the entrance good.

Pitches mostly too small, according to the brochure 60-65 m2, we only have 40 m2, but there are also pitches with only 25 m2, and at the same price. Sanitary building on the site inadequate, everything open and cold, no washbasin by the toilets, shower water runs from cabin to cabin, only one cabin with washbasin and hot water. No cozy atmosphere for a longer stay.

Good opportunities for excursions by public transport. Clean sanitary facilities, good restaurant.

The sanitary building lacked hand and surface disinfection. Unfortunately, swimming in the lake was impossible (blue-green algae), which is not the fault of the operators, and to be fair we were informed of this on the phone. The place was overcrowded, which is usually not the case in September.

Beautiful location, directly on Lake Lugano. The sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day and are always clean. Unfortunately there is sometimes algae in the lake (no swimming), but as a substitute there is a large swimming pool and a small covered pool for small children. There is an adjacent playground. The food in the restaurant is excellent. You can always find the essentials in the store. There are also various wholesalers close to the campsite (10 minutes away). If you have any questions, you can always ask at reception. The staff is very friendly.

I couldn't really see any disadvantages, otherwise I wouldn't have been a regular visitor to this campsite for around 35 years. Not even the few (small) airplanes that take off or land are a nuisance.

Location by the lake

aircraft noise poorly maintained sanitary facilities long waiting time until hot water comes

Very nice pool, large spaces and a restaurant with very good food.

Very clean, good location, friendly staff, good considerate guests

None, we would love to come back

Location by the lake, pool, well-kept grounds including sanitary facilities

Limited supplies in the campsite's own store (but supermarkets within walking distance/ approx. 500 m)
