Catastrophic service, no price lists, on the day of arrival several young people (probably relatives of the operator) in the reception at the billiards, barely English then came a woman, price for motorhome parking space 33 €, should pay on departure. On the day of departure there was a note on the mobile, there would be no one there, and I should pay with swish. Since I don't have the app, and also no account connections, I had to leave without paying

Small, fine, but still not top
The campsite is right on a lake with a sandy beach and a diving platform on a pontoon. Operators (speak Swedish, Dutch, English and German) are very friendly and try to help as much as possible. The pitch is spacious, unfortunately you are not allowed to stand awning to awning and the car is not allowed... to stay on the pitch. The sanitary facilities are ok. A little better cleanliness would be good. It's also not nice that the hot water for showers doesn't turn on from time to time. You can rent a canoe/kayak relatively cheaply and explore the lake. The bread roll service is also great. The 3rd child is no longer included in the normal price and costs a few crowns extra per day. It is advertised as having free wifi, but unfortunately this is not even suitable for checking emails or researching excursions. All in all, a good place, but I wouldn't necessarily stay longer than 4 nights.

Campsite without CKE near Vimmerby
We actually only came to the site as an "emergency solution", but were immediately convinced that this was the right place for us. The site is in Dutch hands, so German is spoken. There is a small store, bread roll service and the like. Great, modern sanitary building with card access. In the three weeks... of our tour of Sweden, this was one of the best wash houses ever, also in terms of cleanliness. The campers' cars are parked separately, so there is little traffic on the site. There are all sorts of activities for the children too, the beach is quite spacious and the water slopes gently into the lake! W-LAN available, but the range and especially the speed leave a lot to be desired. But it is free of charge! We also found the price for the overnight stay itself to be quite reasonable. Unfortunately, it was very "busy" during our stay and quite restless until late at night. But that may be due to the clientele there, which is not really the site's fault.

Lots to discover once you have left Småland behind...
Actually quite good
Pinnarp Camping is close to the highway and centrally located for all leisure activities. A long stay is possible here with hiking, paddling, biking, shopping, exploring, swimming, getting a tan in the sun and much more. Swimming on the sandy beach (few to no stones), there is even a small diving platform.... Some of our compatriots and country neighbors are not familiar with the Swedish principle: "Sturgeon and do not destroy" (2013). Whereby "sturgeon" was meant here. But otherwise you can have a nice vacation here. We were here again in 2014. The staff are very friendly and they also speak German, English and NL. Food Burgers and co are freshly prepared here. The kiosk also bakes bread rolls which can be pre-ordered here. Ice cream is also sold here. You can shop here in the extensive Kisa. The sanitary facilities here are adequate. The showers are simply preset with a button, permanently installed, lukewarm to warm depending on the rush (included), everything is in good condition. Those who want to wash up externally should not do so at peak times. The pitches are not cramped, electricity at every pitch, water at the pitches (comfort area), waste water partly at the pitch. For comfort camping with a waste water hose, an extension of approx. 6m may need to be used. The waste water holes are available in the comfort row every 2 pitches. The pitch markings are no longer so easily recognizable. Unfortunately there are no parceling tongues with bushes. The apparently top pitch (68 and residents) is rather a reason for a price reduction. Almost everyone here (apart from the locals who also don't stare into the awnings, just like the Swedish way) takes the shortcut past the tent (it feels like they are going through the tent). And it's not uncommon for the ball to land... I wonder where? Not a bad thing in principle, but it is a disadvantage. If necessary, you can avoid this and check in in the upper area.
