"Place for short-term camping okay - Booking a pitch was all done online and without any problems. However, you can't choose a specific pitch. You have to take whatever is free when you arrive. The online booking has the disadvantage that you can ONLY check in once and check out once with the barcode on the document. If you want to drive out to refuel and shop, you have to get a parking card from reception, which you can use to drive in and out for the duration of your stay. I found this out when I asked at reception. The campsite is intended as an alternative to the various hotels in the vacation village. That's why the pitches are not so big. The pitches on the edge of the campsite offer some shade thanks to the trees. Unfortunately, the elongated pitches in the middle of the campsite offer no shade at all. The electricity supply pillars are sometimes far away from a pitch, so that a 25 meter cable can still be too short. The sanitary facilities are well maintained and of course decorated with Lego figures. There is always a cleaner on site to clean the sanitary facilities from time to time. An absolute novelty and super comfort. Unfortunately, the two machines for the chemical toilets are defective. The contents are poured down the drain for gray water disposal. We really need to find another solution. You can buy fresh baked goods at the outside counter in the morning. But nothing more. A visit to Legoland Park is a short 10-minute walk away. I also had a 2-day pass for the amusement park when I booked. That's all it is. But there are many objects, especially in Miniaturland, made entirely of Lego bricks. Even Einstein's head is made of Lego bricks. For dinner, I went to the family buffet. The food is really good. Lots of choice, good quality and delicious. The campsite is ideally suited as a transit site, less so as a vacation site.

"Worst camping ever - Not recommended. They charge well for the camping but there were at least two, we and another camper lived in the crossroads after paying for both space and electricity in advance.

"The perfect place to visit Legoland - Cottages in the area are a mistake. The only right choice is camping. Large nicely separated plots of land. Close, lighted power connection points. Plenty of, easily accessible sanitary facilities. You can set up on the sidelines, you can by the main stores and attractions. Wherever you go within a few plots you can find a playground. The bakery is open from 7 am, it even serves cold milk. Recommended.

"Fulfills the purpose - Showers a bit overcrowded, unfortunately little green, burger stand open from time to time, but on the whole fulfills its purpose and above all much better value for money than the tiny pirate barrels or bungalows.

"TOP and uncomplicated for a short stay - The campsite is VERY cheap if you book it in combination with two-day tickets for Legoland. We paid LESS in total for 2 nights and the two-day tickets than if we had bought normal 1-day tickets without staying overnight. Nevertheless, the campsite makes a solid impression. There are several sanitary buildings, so you never have to go far. We never had to wait during our stay and it was always clean. The pitches are only suitable for tents to a limited extent. The pitches in the front area are very heavily gravelled. The pitches at the back near the camping barrels are less graveled, so we found them better for camping. You choose the pitches yourself: first come, first serve. The campsite is great for children. There are more playgrounds than you can play on during your short stay. The path to Legoland is easy to find and is very easy to walk to. A clear recommendation from us!
