"Great, well-kept site with large pitches, right on the beach - Good campsite right on the public beach, the beach has a jetty and both sandy and grassy areas, there are also picnic sets. There are pitches with sea views. The site has good facilities and fairly large pitches. The children's playground is (surprise ...) quite noisy, the other pitches are quieter. New this year is the covered pool - not particularly deep, but therefore also suitable for children. The WiFi was good and was sufficient for streaming, at least on our pitch. Unfortunately, we couldn't get satellite reception because of the trees, but that depends on the pitch. The wash house at the back is slightly better than the one at the front (e.g. one-hand shower fittings). There is also a large kitchen with a common room and barbecue area. There were also soap dispensers and toilet paper everywhere :-) There are kayaks and SUP boards to rent, a small beach kiosk with drinks, fast food, gas (!), ice cream and bread service. Otherwise, at least in summer, there were changing snack carts in front of the barrier on the beach - unfortunately no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Many supermarkets are easily accessible by car or bicycle. Many cycle routes in the immediate vicinity, there are also good museums in Horsens, we visited the "Fängslet" prison and the industrial museum - great! Legoland is also within easy reach.

"Great campsite for young and old - We stayed on the site for a few days at the end of May. The site has a large number of permanent campers spread across the whole site. All the pitches are very well maintained. The entire site, including the sunbathing lawn and the small section of the beach in front of the campsite, are spotlessly clean. The sanitary area is excellent. The weather has adapted to the good location and has also spoiled us. We can recommend the campsite without any ifs or buts. The site deserves one more star.

"Beautifully maintained campsite - We were there in the first week of the fall vacations and were given a very friendly welcome! It was our first time at the campsite and we will certainly go there again. The sanitary facilities were very clean and the kitchen that you could use as well as the lounge etc. was very well maintained. We were very satisfied with everything.

"Husodde Strandcamping - The campsite is beautifully situated in a bay on the Baltic Sea. The site is divided into "Quiet zone", "Part with children", "View" etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't choose which area we wanted to stay in with the camper van, as a camper van area is reserved for camper vans. As the beach is public and not part of the campsite, there was loud partying late into the night. This spoiled our stay on the otherwise beautiful site a little.

"beautiful location of the course - Attention is paid to tidiness and cleanliness here. The sanitary facilities are very good and the only drawback is perhaps the high fence to the beach. Keep up the good work! Thank you very much

"Very good camping - The campground is located directly by the sea, a few kilometers from the city center of Horsens (45 km south of Aarhus, reachable in just under an hour by highway). We spent 4 nights there, staying on a standard pitch; the campground is entirely flat, very tidy, with grass-covered pitches and in some places a bit of sand, since the sea and beach are just ahead. Facilities are divided into two groups of buildings, each of which includes men's and women's toilets (each sector has a few showers and a few toilets), a kitchen area (in the one we used there were three stations, each with a sink and two hotplates), additional sinks for washing dishes and cleaning fish, and space to empty the chemical toilet; the larger block also has a laundry room with a small sink, washing machine and dryer for a fee (via card). The sanitary facilities are new and have a good level of cleanliness; the showers are located inside enclosed compartments with also a sink, mirror and bench; hot water is charged via card to swipe in a reader (DKK 5 for 4 minutes, which seemed to us at first to be a bit expensive, but is actually less so than in many other Danish campsites ..); the kitchens are also clean and have an attached common room (the one we used was very cozy and, more importantly, almost entirely glass-fronted) with tables and chairs for eating, watching (free) TV, reading newspapers or magazines, or even for holding small private parties (as we saw on the day of our departure). At the entrance are the reception desk and a small market (where you can order bread for the next day's breakfast-although buying it outside obviously costs less), both open until 10 p.m., and a mini-golf course (for a fee), as well as rental bikes; near the main service block is a play area for children; the free beach is just outside the campground. Access to the campground by car is allowed until 10:30 p.m. and is always possible with the usual card for hot water in the showers and for washing machines and dryers. The reception at the reception desk did not seem overly friendly to us, but this is probably a cultural thing; we recommend, in case you do not speak Danish or German but English, especially over the phone, to make sure there are no misunderstandings. In general, the campground is extremely quiet and orderly, especially very quiet.
