The campground also has a nice pool that’s warmed by the sun. It’s very refreshing. The Eider River is also very close by. You can go on great bike rides in the area. The campground also has a restaurant with delicious meals that aren’t too expensive. In the afternoon, an Italian ice cream truck even stopped by. The campground attendant was very nice and accommodating. Since we were traveling with two RVs, we were even given a different site than the one we’d booked so that we could park next to each other. The campground is very quiet. The restrooms are a bit older but very clean. The restaurant has a good selection and offers good value for the price.
