Thank you for your feedback and for the excellent rating you gave your stay.
We’re delighted that you enjoyed the peaceful setting, the lush greenery, the restaurant, and your Azur Sérénité mobile home with a private hot tub. We’re also pleased to hear that the accommodations fully... met your expectations, particularly in terms of comfort and amenities.
Regarding access to the mobile home, our campground is located on natural, hilly terrain, which can indeed make some access points less suitable for certain guests. Your comment is valid, and we will take it into account to better inform our guests before their arrival.
As for visitor parking, since our campground has limited capacity, we unfortunately cannot accommodate outside vehicles without further complicating traffic and parking for guests staying on-site.
We look forward to welcoming you again during your next stay on the Giens Peninsula.

We’re delighted that you enjoyed the campground’s location—which is ideal for walks on the Giens Peninsula—as well as the cleanliness... of your accommodations and the comfort of the hot tub after your excursions.
Regarding your comments:
Mosquitoes: The peninsula is a preserved natural environment, which does indeed mean there are mosquitoes at certain times of the year. Management of mosquito control devices (mosquito repellent stations) falls under the jurisdiction of local authorities, and current regulations no longer allow us to intervene directly in this area within the campground. As you rightly point out, using repellents remains the most effective solution when staying in the great outdoors.
Deck chairs: We appreciate your suggestion. However, the layout and design of our mobile home terraces do not allow for the addition of this type of equipment without compromising walkways and overall comfort.
Nevertheless, we take note of your comments, which contribute to our ongoing efforts to improve our guests’ experience.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for a future stay.

New mobile home, so the bedding is perfect. A splendid view of the sea. An ideal campground for a couple or adults, but not suitable for a family with children because the entire campground is on a slope—it’s on a hill—and there’s only a very small playground for kids and no pool, so I don’t think it’s suitable for children. A 7-minute walk from the center of Giens. A very cute little village, with several bars, restaurants, a grocery store open 7 days a week, a hair salon, a bakery, and an ice cream shop. On the other hand, parking on the peninsula is a nightmare. We’ll be back......A Paradise-Like SettingThe mobile home is in excellent condition because it's brand new. The interior layout is very good.Samodejno prevedeno.Odgovorjeno od Clair de Lune 28. april 2026Hello, Madam,
Thank you for your excellent review and your very detailed feedback.
We are delighted that you enjoyed the hospitality, the quality of your Azur Sérénité mobile home, and its ocean view. We are also pleased that the surroundings and the proximity to the village of Giens contributed to... the success of your stay.
Regarding your comment about the campground’s suitability for families, our campground is indeed geared toward guests seeking peace, nature, and tranquility. The site’s terraced layout is an integral part of the location and is clearly indicated, as is the fact that there is no swimming pool.
Finally, we thank you for your intention to return, which we welcome with pleasure.
We look forward to welcoming you again.
