We stayed in chalet 115, which is great except for the bedding, where both the large and small beds are very noisy when you turn around. Too bad

The peace it exuded.

The employees were very friendly and were always willing to answer questions and help. If there were any malfunctions, they were there right away to help. There was a nice swimming pool. The restaurant was very nice and it was convenient that you could order bread there.

The mobile home was not cleaned very well before we arrived. A plastic bag had been put over the electrical pole to avoid short circuits during the rain.

Everything top. Sufficient equipment in the mobile home. Only the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Een stille camping die werkelijk tussen de Alpen reuzen gekneld zit met prachtige zichten. De nieuwe eigenaars doen echt hun best voor de update. In vergelijking met vorig jaar zijn de paden opgevuld, en alle hagen en bomen mooi gesnoeid. Er is zelfs een restaurant gekomen met een heerlijke kaart, eerlijke prijzen en VERSE produkten! Zo aten wij de burger, entrecote en fondue Savoyarde. De gehuurde caravan is wat je kan verwachten voor die prijs. Alles werkte. Ook es uit nieuwgierigheid binnen gekeken in de sanitair blokken, en die waren keurig gepoetst. Doe zo voort!

Het authentieke kasteel niet laten verkommeren. Is een pareltje. De terras ook open houden over de middag om te consumeren op de camping. Gekleurde zakken in de caravans om op voorhand te kunnen sorteren voor recyclage.

Mobil home confort 😱😰🥶 Dirty , torn sofa, broken kitchen curtain, greasy and dirty hood and furniture ,blocked bathroom curtain, large bedroom window no longer closed ,crockery with leftover food on it ,very dirty garden table and chairs .....etc To conclude after having cleaned everything up For our first day of vacation no gas so no heater for showering and we couldn't cook for ourselves 😤 We didn't get gas until 11am the next day.

Top location, at the foot of the mountains, everything I love, very quiet campsite with top restaurant and friendly, welcoming staff.

The sanitary facilities are really not in very good condition and that's a shame. I hope that work is planned because this campsite really does have a lot of potential. I think the pool needs some work too, and maybe 1 or 2 slides for the kids.

"Water is a scarce resource" is what it says on the campsite's sanitary facilities. Throughout our stay, we witnessed water leaks, a flush that was constantly filling up, showers with no hot water or even no water at all, showers running all night long.... The campsite has potential (infrastructure, pool, location, clean site). It's a pity that the comfort of the sanitary facilities marred our view of this campsite. Also, no paddling pool. Also, a fridge rented and paid for that had to be claimed several times.

Keep washrooms clean. Carry out repairs to water inlets and washroom facilities. Improve staff responsiveness.

Unfortunately nothing. The mobile home is in a state of disrepair, the swimming pool is dangerous and the services proposed in the brochure are non-existent.

Everything needs to be redone. A good facelift is necessary

The size of the pitches..The condition of the chalet. Jacuzzi. The restaurant.

Unstable electricity. Cold water in shower. Vitro hob barely warms up (impossible to cook pasta) Relaxation area at pool transformed into playground. Pool too small for number of campers.

Sanitary facilities in need of serious overhaul in terms of maintenance (outdated or not working), especially for a 4-star establishment.

Dirty. In 10 days I haven't seen anyone clean the toilets. I learned that one camper had cleaned up the excrement that had been there for several days. The water in the showers is sometimes boiling and sometimes cold, and the same goes for the dishwashing basins, which are not designed for this purpose as the real ones were broken. During my stay, I met a member of staff 3 times, and several times I wanted to go to reception, but it was closed. When I arrived, I had no information about the various services on offer. Does not deserve a 4*.

The location is close to the stations and well served by bus. There are plenty of activities on offer. The kids' club was great!

The cleanliness especially in the sanitary!!! The campsite should be better maintained! (remove what is broken, remove weeds around the pool, hide the mess)
